Scripps Medical Center Jefferson

I really like this new facility. The staff is very kind, they're efficient in how they care for you, you dont get stuck in a room forever and because everything is right there you can get in and out in a timely manner. I had a pleasant experience today.

I received Medical Care by Dr Benjamin Yuh and LPN Tina Yesterday and a few months back.I want to give Them and The Urology Staff a 5 Star Rating!!! Their knowledge & expertise and bedside manner was & is Flawless!!! I highly recommend them to anyone who may have to visit them in the future!!!!

We brought our feverish one year old here last night an hour and a half before they closed and the service was stellar. It took less than an hour to check in, get vitals, go to the exam room, get x-rays, wait for the dr to review and check out. Everyone we encountered was so nice, they had a security guard outside when we got there, nurse Lori brought us to our room and Dr Pfeiffer was very gentle and thorough with our sweet boy. We are so thankful to have a facility like this with great urgent care in our community.

We are visiting from Arizona and took our 14 month old daughter here for signs of a double ear infection while on our vacation. They saw us right away through the health express. The staff was very friendly and so kind to my baby. They even called next day to check up on her to see how she was feeling. Best experience I’ve ever had at any urgent care. Great staff and customer service! I wish urgent cares were like this in Phoenix!

I am going to talk about dr. Jeffrey rose bellanoff because this is a second time he took a good care of my mother when I took her to the clinic . The services that my mother has received from Dr Jeffery was excellent and exceptional , he was friendly especially and helpful, he ensures that We properly informed about my health and care and test results .I would have no qualms in recommending him to friendly and friends. He is every down to earth and humble in addition to his highest knowledge.

Great new place. Everything is clean, beautiful. The wait is minimal, parking is convenient. Caring staff. Awesome place. I got COVID And getting some chest X-rays and they made a quick COVID test. A week later, I felt worse, I came back, they did second chest X-rays and saw that I had pneumonia. were prescribed antibiotics and steroids. Thanks to the team, thanks to all of you.

Newly opened Scripps location. Very spacious, easy to get to right next to the 5/78 intersection.
Helpful receptionist helped me find my way around.
So far all interactions were pleasant. I chose this location since they offer multiple services here beyond Primary Healthcare.

Dr. Liezl Avila in the Urgent Care was great. The entire experience was efficient, kind, and professional. She took her time in explaining the injury to me, explained the interventions necessary, and asked me if I had any questions throughout. Before this visit, my wife and I hadn't been to an Urgent Care here in Carlsbad, but after meeting the welcoming and helpful staff at Scripps, this will be our go to Urgent Care for when our kids need to be seen. i love scripps and have moved most of my care to doctors here. the location is so clean and everyone is nice. the only thing i dont love is that parking can occasionally be very difficult to find. i wish they'd open the structure but i assume thats solely for staff

Dr Marie Lee is hands down one of the best doctors I have had in my entire life, and I am almost half a century old! She is caring, kind, considerate, warm and thorough (something you don't see much nowadays). I suffer from a variety of chronic conditions and for the first time in my life, I have hope that someday I will get better!!! Dr Lee is what doctors SHOULD BE! I would give her a thousand stars if Google would let me but it only allows for 5. I also have had the opportunity to visit the after hours clinic, I wish I remembered the names of the doctor, nurse, the assistant who triaged me, and the front desk, but unfortunately, I don't remember their names. I really want to give credit where credit is due! All 4 ladies were impeccable in their skill of care and concern. I also would give them a thousand stars. I did, however in my early days, have a complaint about the clinic as a whole, nothing about any of the staff mentioned above, a previous issue, and it took multiple attempts to reach the manager of the entire clinic, and when he finally responded, he said, "I called you last October" ( I never got a call, and it was in March, and I had been calling about every 2-3 weeks, until he finally took my call). He was NOT very thorough, nor warm, nor friendly, nor helpful, nor attentive, nor kind (and to this day, my issues have never been addressed). The staff at the clinic is AMAZING! And that's what keeps me coming back! The upper management needs to be looked at though.

At this particular location they have an Urgent Care and Health Express which you can make an appointment for. The Health Express is more for cold symptoms or other non threatening issues. You’re seen usually by a nurse practitioner which is fine if it’s just a cold or ear ache. Checkin is easy and everyone is very nice on both sides. The wait is not long at all however Urgent Care can be. Everyone on the UC side are also very nice and they listen to your concerns.
It’s actually setup like an ER and has a nursing and doctors station. The great thing is the radiology and lab departments are open the same hours as UC and HE.

Great experience for someone who does not particularly like hospital visits. The staff was very friendly, with a minimal wait time. The facility is nice and new. And the best part of the experience was the doctor being very patient to do a thorough job as well as explaining everything to me as I always ask questions. I won't say I look forward to going back to Urgent Care, but when I do I will go back to Scripps at Jefferson St.

Went to SM Jefferson Urgent Care and got the BEST MD and the best care while there. The MD on call was Garrick L. Stride. He was absolutely - hands down - one of the best doctors I have ever encountered. Note to Scripps: Dr. Stride is a keeper!!

We are new parents and were in search of a pediatrician for our little one. Luckily, we found Dr. Yang (Unikora Pyun Yang) at Scripps newest clinic in Oceanside off Vista Way. If I shared everything I love about Dr.Yang and her clinic, I would be writing a novel, so I will name a few.
Dr.Yang takes her time to ensure all of our questions are answered. We leave each appointment feeling reassured and more knowledgeable than when we arrived. Not only is she thorough with us as the parents but she makes our little guy feel so comfortable. Overall, the process is very smooth every time! The staff of nurses are equally great and professional.
We absolutely love our regular check-ins. Dr.Yang and staff always go above and beyond to provide our little one with the upmost care. I can't say enough good things about Dr.Yang and her staff!

The staff is amazing. I dealt with 6 different people while I was there and they were all so nice! Really seemed like they cared how I felt. I went on a Saturday and 11:30 am and there was only one person in front of me.
My husband did hear that if you want to pay cash (he thinks they didnt have insurance) then they will turn you away. Have to go to an ER. Just a heads up.
Conveniently located and lots of parking. I highly recommend!

I went to the urgent care at Scripps off of Jefferson 7/16/21 for what I thought was some spider bites and it was my first time coming here. The staff are so caring especially Megan Ann-Goldberg she listened to what was going on with me and took her time. I know they were busy it was Friday evening and people were coming in.
It turned out I have shingles and told me it was good that I came in. Today Saturday I get a call from her asking how I was doing? I can’t believe she took the time to call me.

I went for an MRI here for a 2nd attempt on a late Sunday afternoon. I've had three years before, but for some reason had overwhelming anxiety a few days before at the Rancho Bernardo location. The Jefferson facility was so much better. The MRI is slightly bigger and quieter. That as well as Mindy and Steve helping me through the short session made it work. Mission complete!

I Spent 5 hours at Scripps urgent care today getting tested for COVID And getting some chest X-rays. I was so impressed by the kindness, knowledge and caring attitude of the staff here that I forgot about the chest pains and coughing. That gave me no sleep for 2-3 days. I will get my COVID TESTS RESULTS tomorrow but I was diagnosed with a severe case of Viral Pneumonia. Dr Sumna is a wonderful kind doctor, who displayed great knowledge and insight but it was her genuine caring attitude that shone through everything. My wonderful nurse Laurie, made sure I had lots of warm blankets and nurse Sam was a real delight.
If you need a medical evaluation that’s over and above you won’t beat this wonderful team.

Just sat down and sitting next to my gf while she’s waiting for her chemo treatment, a nice place and very clean. Also the staff are nice and super friendly. I know this isn’t a place where every dream comes true and a lot of others want to give up. But sometimes you have to have hope for two people. Btw the chicken salad pretzel croissant is fire!! Enjoy the little things everybody and continue to bond & pass it forward. We need it more than ever

New facility, I've gotten in and out VERY fast for blood work, CT Scans and MRIs. Everyone is nice and courteous. Ten times nicer than going to TCMC. Not sure why people are leaving 1 star reviews for petty stuff.
