Lexus of El Cajon was terrific for the purchase of my new 2022 NX 450h+. They have the best people working there. My sales representative (Rafael) was absolutely the best. Christine in Service was excellent and got me in and out very fast. All the people from the parts department and others working there were extremely friendly and helpful. I originally had my eyes set on a hybrid Toyota Avalon until I experienced the worst customer service possible from the Poway location. So I decided to randomly make a trip to this Lexus dealership to check out the ES 300h (in comparison to the Avalon) and Tanner made the experience SO much more enjoyable. Tanner is honest, easy to work with, and determined to do what it takes to make the purchasing decision simple and smooth.

They not only hunted down the car I wanted, I was set on white and black and it is beautiful but they were genuine and real which is incredibly appreciated from the buyer perspective. Thanks to Peter, Fernando, and staff, this was the best car buying experience I ever had. My family came in on March 27th after going to Lexus of Kearny Mesa, after that experience we didn't set our hopes up high. Peter was knowledgeable and even worked within our budget, we understand with the low inventory he could have easily move on to the next customer but he stayed patient and continued answering our questions, he also even went out his way to entertain our high energy 2 year old son. We are so very happy with our new Lexus RX Luxury package and I can't recommend a better place. Even though he couldn't get us our Phil's BBQ gift card we are very content with our new purchase 🤣. I will be a repeat customer of Lexus El Cajon because the team is passionate, and love what they do! Service is the best I've experienced at any dealership. I don't ever worry about if my vehicle is being taken care of the same way I do personally. Kevin always ensures that I have a loner vehicle, and Robyn is quick to help with answering any questions while Kevin is away from his station (helping other customers). Jose with the service team did an amazing job. Took care of me and my vehicle, and gave me a loaner vehicle which made my day 100 times more productive, I was able to move around and get a lot of work done while my car was being taken care of which I greatly appreciate.
