Holiday Pet Hotel

We had to find boarding for our beloved fur baby rather quickly and the Holiday Pet Hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was very polite and helpful especially considering our recent move from out of state. They did an excellent job keeping us informed on our pup’s well-being which gave us peace of mind. Additionally, their grooming service was truly top-notch—our pup looked fantastic! Without a doubt, we’ll turn to them for accommodations and other services for our pup in the future.

I have been taking Jaxson to Holiday Pet Hotel for his whole life, which is now three years. I think he enjoys going there because he is excited every time we pull up. I have left him there for a month , three weeks andimany times for two weeks or even just the weekend. We have never had a problem and when I pick him up, he is clean and happy. Kind and caring people who take great care of my cat for me. My kitty is not easy, and holiday pet hotel does a great job in making sure he is comfortable and calm. Their cat condos are roomy and clean, they spend time with each cat every day to be sure they are given attention, and their prices are really good.

We have had our family dogs and cats stay at Holiday Pet Hotel throughout the years and the care has always been excellent and staff extremely caring. Our newest addition Rory stayed recently and the staff observed all his nuances including his quirky meow. Now that's attention to detail.

I have boarded my dog Axel twice in the last 12 months for extended stays (2 to 3 weeks). I did not have problem during the entire stays. Axel lost weights both times. Nothing beats home and love he received at home, but if you need to go somewhere and can’t take your pet with you, I would recommend this place. Seems well run and clean.

Big shout out to the owner and staff at the Holiday Pet Hotel. As an out of state public works contractor I have relied on them to take care of my two year old pitty puppy "Leah". I have used them many times in 2020 and Leah is always happy being dropped of and picked up. This is a great service that I will continue to rely on.

This is the most important review I’ve written. I used to use a more popular day camp for my dog for 3 years in Encinitas. Luckily I heard about Holiday Pet Hotel because because of their affordable day camp for dogs. (I saved nearly 1/3 off the cost for the day). Then HPH sent me a report card and pictures of my dog interacting during the day, and my dog looked like she was living her best life. The people are very friendly Jonathan and Jasmine. Im very happy with them, and I recommend them highly.

Holiday Pet Hotel is a wonderful facility - staff is professional, polite, personable, helpful, and always answers all of my questions or concerns. Special thanks to Riley and Maya whose caring and compassion goes above and beyond to meet the needs of my Fur Babies. I highly recommend them!

I love that I can count on Holiday Pet Hotel even when I have a last minute trip come up! They take wonderful care of my pup and I have no worries if I need to leave for a bit. I know she is well loved!!

My dog has a great time there! She has only been a couple of times, but she already gets really excited when she sees me turn down the road. And I know she plays hard because she is wiped out in the car ride home.

Holiday Pet Hotel is the best- my cat and dog both stay there and I can always tell they were taken care of. The staff is wonderful and so are all of the extra services they provide. It's been there my whole life and it's obvious why.

Icee and Java had a great time!! We’ve used HPH many times. The staff are always incredibly cheerful and helpful, and they take excellent care of our pups. They follow directions for care from the owner and offer updates on how they are doing throughout their stay. HPH is clean and comfortable for the pets, and we definitely recommend this place for anyone needing a pet sitter!!

Peaches has been coming for at least 7 years and always arrives home clean and happy. Even her little blanket from home has been washed. Recently she had a little too much food which I include when dropping her off but not really a problem. I’ll include a measuring cup next visit…

Like many pet parents I am very particular where my dogs and cats stay for play groups and board. When my pets stay at Holiday Pet Hotel I know they are safe and well cared for. That peace of mind is priceless.
