I stopped by tonight. It was about 20 minutes before they closed and the girl working was so incredibly sweet and helpful. I was searching for a clean fragrance and we went through a lot together. I will for sure be back. Such a great store and excellent customer service!!!

I got dragged in here with my wife who loves this place, but Gina and her staff were so friendly, I ended up enjoying the shopping experience.

Lisa is the best! Every product she recommends is perfect for me. She’s honest and so good with all things skin-care and make-up. I can never go wrong taking her recommendations. She truly cares about each person who walks in the door and you feel it. What a Gem. My favorite BM store in the country thanks to Lisa!

This location is always nice and clean. The staff has always been nice and helpful everytime I go there. They even give you free samples on products you aren't quite sure about, if samples are available from that particular product.

This store is not open during listed hours. I got to the store at 6:15 and they were closed. Online hours say they close at 7pm. What is the point of running a retail store and not being open later than 6pm? Most people are working until 5 if not 6… This is especially disappointing during the time for holiday shopping.

Can you guys please not SLAM THE PHONE right away when customers call. Sometimes we are on headsets (work from home folks) and it really hurts our ears. Thank you for PRACTICING COURTESY. This is not the first time it happened to me, but ALL THE TIME. Thanks.

They almost made me cry a few years ago and discriminated against me for having acne and wouldn’t even let me try a sample of tinted moisturizer/ spf. Staff were older and they were rude , they should be inclusive and have different clients and price ranges to cater too and to younger people .

0 stars if I could!!!! Why would this store location be listed to close at 7pm but the store employee Christian the doors at 6:50pm. Disgraceful
