I started coming to this place because I live right by it. I’ve never had to wait to get my nails done and they always do a good job on my nails

I have seen all the bad reviews on this place , but I still decided to give it a try and it's my 5th time coming Noir nail studio the 2 ladies are super calm all the time they do a pretty good job they are never in a rush , other places are always in a rush they really take their time and they detail pretty good as well, I've never had an issue at this place at all , the place is super clean everytime I come so maybe they just got better over time but so far I love this place ❤ forgot to add that they are super gentle

I've been here a few times. They seem professional and efficient.I got my nails for my engagement and wedding. They did exactly what I asked for. Will be back again.

I've been coming to this nail studio on and off for several years for my eyebrow waxing. I seldom have to wait, they are very prompt and do a good job!

Not feeling this place! Thought I’d try a new spot since it’s close to home and they were not friendly!
A little expensive for a quick job that felt rushed!
Customer service…FAIL!!!

Health standards not followed. I asked the nail tech to change her gloves after watching her clean out a pedicure chair and bowl from the last customer and she would not. She instead ran her hands under the sink and said no. I would NOT go here and I do not recommend this nail studio. Just a matter of time before someone gets an infection, sick, or worse.
Also: made an appointment and waited over an hour with my feet sitting in a bow of water before they bagan. Terrible service.

If I could rate this place no stars I would.

I had to literally walk out of this place. I went in for a SIMPLE nail removal of my acrylics and the lady removing my acrylics was being so rough and aggressive which left my nails in pain.

Never have I ever received this type of treatment for a SIMPLE nail removal.

I will not be a returning customer. If you’re looking to get your acrylics off, you’re better off doing it yourself at home. I would not trust this place.

Nasty! Went in for a pedicure and hadn’t even put my feet into the basin and saw that there was a lot of “stuff” floating in the water. Doesn’t look like they change out the plastic wraps. I asked them to change out water and change the plastic cover and the lady just fished out the biggest floating piece and said it was “all clean”. SUPER GROSS HERE.

These people will do anything for money and not treat you well. They ripped off my acrylics and left my fingers bleeding, please don’t come here. They’re very unprofessional.

my friend got her acrylics “removed” here. They ripped them off her nails, making them bleed and damaged the nail. Ridiculous! Y’all need to have your licenses revoked.
