Forgot his name, but the dude with the long blonde hair very chill, knowledgeable and gave me some good advice on customizing my Brixton fedora straw hat. I didn’t purchase hat from this store as I dropped in looking for bandana and pins. Appreciate the friendly service and professionalism. Hats off.

Best little clothing and cowboy hat shop. Nicest employees. Chase really took his time with my girlfriend and i and made sure we absolutely loved the embroidery on our cowboy hats. He was incredibly kind and is definitely going places!

The store staff are very friendly, the size I want is not available in the store, they help me to send it to home, and I don't need to pay any postage fees, it is delivered very quickly, and you can also check the location of the goods, I'd would love to go back when I visit the town.

Great selection of hats and they steam and weather treat at purchase and anytime after purchase. Very helpful and easy to shop store even if social distancing. Parking in back is free and walkway between building is nice. Please like this review if you find helpful.

Store is beautiful - a must when in town. Great selection of cute clothing & large assortment of headwear for any occasion. Best part is the friendly employees of the store. Will definitely be back sooner than later.

Went in to look for some Christmas gifts, and ended up finding some super cute things for myself.

Great customer service.

Stopping in last night to buy a hat for my wedding in Colorado. The two people working were so rude and dismissive I felt like I was on a TV prank show. I had to practically beg them for any help the whole time and they acted like I was annoying them by asking for a different size. Not helping with sizing, only stain guarding one side of the hat, giving me a dirty hat box, it was a painful experience. They could have easily made double off of me and my wife with even the slightest bit of help, eye contact or a smile. Reluctantly I bought the hat as I do appreciate whoever designs these great looking hats.
