What to say about this place. Awesome from start to finish. Someone was supposed to call me back before my visit, it didn't happen when it was supposed to. But Liliy called me the very next time and was very apologetic and took care of me right away. Once I arrived I was greeted immediately. The young lady at the counter was super friendly. As I was filling out my new patient information I had questions and that is when I met up with LiLiy the young lady on the phone. Her friendliness and demeaner was a breath of fresh air. She had so much patience and helped explained the insurance questions I had. Then Stephanie the young lady who did my X-rays was very clear and friendly with everything she was doing. Not to mention her dealing with my strong gag reflex lol. Then came the moment I had to seat in the dentist chair, there was a young lady that was so sweet and for some reason I missed her name. She too was awesome, and made me feel comfortable. Now I was with the dentist, who I can't believe I felt so comfortable with. Very thorough in explaining what was going on in my mouth and what I needed. She explain thoroughly the new things they now use and found to be much better. All of that is great to know. Some time we get older and we don't like change. As Dr. Parry explained things and also made sure I was comfortable. Gave me reassurance if at any time I needed her to stop for whatever reason just put up a hand. It was a little nerve wrecking to hear all that drilling but there was certainly no pain and they were very quick. I think the dental assistant Laura if that is her title. She was explaining the last stages of where we were, she had a calmness to her voice that was rather soothing while waiting. We all laughed a little about the soap opera on the speaker. My experience was excellent. I look forward to see my new dental team in two weeks. To bad I won't be seeing them for a while after this. They did an excellent job from start to finish. I recommended them to my co-workers as they are looking as well. I know this is a long review but it deserves to be said. Thank you to the entire staff there.

I could not be happier to be seen as a new patient, get in for my x-rays, exam, find out I needed multiple crowns and deep cleaning and be able to get started with temporary crowns and my cleaning all in the same day. My daughter was able to get seen the same day and get her x-rays, exam, and cleaning all in the same day also. We are very happy with the service and staff at the Bright Now Dental & Orthodontics in San Marcos.

Bright Now dental office was very efficient and took extra precautions in keeping you safe during this pandemic. I was very comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful in assisting me in setting up financing to take care of my dental needs. They guided me through step-by-step. The dentist explained everything she was planning on doing and was very personable as was her assistant and X-ray tech. I have severe anxiety when going to the dentist. I've been to this office on several different occasions and they always seem to help me to relax a little. This is my office of choice for my future needs

Went there for a teeth cleaning. The staff were friendly and they made sure that I got my teeth cleaning that same day as my exam and x-ray even though it took them a long time to get my X-ray done. The hygienist was really nice, she really cleaned my teeth thoroughly with the stains on my teeth for a year not going to the dentist. They made sure that everyone follows the protocol since Covid is still going on during my visit. They also don't push me to do treatment that I don't need and want. Very honest which I really like from a dentist. Definitely recommend it to anyone who's looking for a dentist who is caring and honest.

I just want to begin by congratulating the whole staff at the San Marcos location. Gina the office manager was very professional and helped me through the paperwork process. Lori and Felix were super nice and helpful. Lori made me laugh and made me super comfortable during my visit. But above all l want to recommend Dr. Parray. She is very knowledgeable and caring. The moment I walked into this office the staff was beyond friendly. I felt very comfortable, was offered coffee, and water. During my visit the staff was openly informative about what I needed and made sure I was going to be able to afford it. The Dr. Was very kind and comfortable I really appreciated her. I did not have this awesome of an experience at Western dental. I'm very thankful to Luis Fajardo the office manager for all he's done for me. Thank you.

I felt the need to acknowledge a job well done esp. since I have a bit of an anxiety of the dentist.

The dentist was very kind and professional however after my first exam X-rays and the dentist detailed tooth by tooth exam and what I needed the receptionist told me my medical wouldn’t cover root canal crowns and fillings total cost! When I booked the appointment she knew I had medi cal . She gave me a breakdown of 4K plus my cost I left and called medi cal to find root canal crowns and filling gs as well as cleaning IS covered 100% ! Medi dal gave me another good dentist we’re my work is being done now and approved all total amount! Do not go here if you are in medi cal I reported this receptionist to medi cal she is very un professional and the dentist all are very good so they should consider finding another replacement up front for good of them. She’s very in kept looking and rude but all the staff of dentist are wonderful if you can afford them!

I LOVE this dentist office. I’ve had a massive fear of the dentist ever since I was a little kid. To this day, I still get anxiety attacks and get tears when I’m in the chair. This is the first dental office I’ve ever been to where I actually feel a little bit at ease and I don’t get so panicked and anxious as fast. They’re totally understandable and the women that staff this office are the best. The ladies in the front are always super nice, the dentist is professional and caring, I don’t have a single complaint about this place. I hope they continue their great work!

The best dentist that I have possibly ever had is Dr. Parray at Bright Now Dental in San Marcos. She is honest and has integrity which is hard to find in this industry in my opinion. The office staff is friendly and efficient. Luis the office manager is amazing! I have been a patient for years now and highly recommend this office for your dental needs.

I have always been terrified of going to the dentist, and there's an office closer to my home, but the doctor, her assistant, and Gina are all so nice and welcoming that Idrive the extra miles to come here. They all always try to make you feel as comfortable as posssible. I highly reccomend this office.

Was in excruciating pain needing root canal and could not get an appointment anywhere until I called here. They had me come right in and performed root canal and 2 crowns. Dr. Parray is the most gentle dentist I have ever had, and her staff are incredibly efficient and knowledgeable. Thank you for the amazing care.

I love this dentist the staff and my dentist here. I’ve been going here for 10 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Very friendly and clean always have time to squeeze me in!
