This is the horrible business I have ever dealt with. I had an DNA appointment at 1pm today, and had to get off work and drove over for 30 minutes. I arrived couple minutes before my appointment and waiting here for more than 40 minutes but the office is locked and no one is answering the phone. And there is no waiting area; you have to stand on the sidewalk. There is sign nor they are answering the phone. Never deal with these people if your time is precious.
