Had a great experience having my teeth cleaned. The clinic was clean and cheerful. Three patients arrived at the same time but the receptionist handled it well. She was warm and welcomed and assured everyone that their wait would be brief. She personalized each encounter and she given a raise. Victoria, my hygienist, is amazing! I don’t particularly enjoy having my teeth cleaned but she does an experience job of making it painless but distracting you with pleasant conversation. She should be given a raise too!

After relocating to California, I sought a trustworthy dentist in Carlsbad and am pleased to have found Plaza Family Dental. Dr. Phan is pleasant, competent, and trustworthy. I also experienced the staff extremely friendly and professional, always striving to meet the patient's medical and financial needs.

I cannot say enough positive things about Plaza Family Dental! They handled my root canal last year and a chip on my tooth this year and their entire staff is absolutely amazing! What I really liked the most was that they talk to you through everything thoroughly before and as they are doing procedures, which made me feel very comfortable. They can always get you in in a timely manner as well, which is really important! I highly recommend them.

I love going to Plaza family dental. Every dental technician is an expert and does a great job. I see Dr. Phan and she is also very thorough and she tells you everything she is doing if you are having any work done, which is a big comfort to me. I don’t mind going to the dentist anymore because I know they do everything possible to make you comfortable and feel special.

Been going here for 15 years. They saved my teeth actually and have me doing all the right things now. Great staff and everyone is on top of their game!

I have been coming to this office for several years now and each time I am even more pleased than before. My previous review included the receptionist and Dr. Phan. My most recent visits have been to see dental hygenist, Jeannie Cordova. She not only did an excellent job cleaning my teeth, she took extra time to explain what she was doing and teach me how to take better care of my teeth.

Efficient and gentle, just the best dental practice. Dr. Phan is kind, efficient, and a great teacher. Her dental assistants are also so good -- very considerate. Nature video to calm you in waiting room, and lovely nature posters on ceiling above dental chair.

Dr. Phan is terrific. I really appreciate that she takes the time and effort to explain everything before and while she is working on my teeth. I believe she is one of the few dentists who really cares. My husband appreciates her too.
