Our experience with Patti Haggard was excellent. We need a whole set of furniture for our living room, and we are very happy with the service Patti provided. She came to our home to make measurement as well as get a feeling of the rest of the house, so that she can make the design accordingly. We love the furniture (a sofa, four chairs, coffee table and two console tables) she chose for us and the colors she picked. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

The Best is still The Best, made in America and sold with pride. I have bought many items of furniture at Ethan Allen through the years, and I have never been anything but thrilled with my purchases. This time, the two living room chairs I bought were delivered ahead of schedule, beautifully made and are perfectly comfortable. Mary, our Design Consultant, did a great job of listening to our wants and needs regarding our new leather sofa and finding us a great solution. She was very clear on the lead time to fabricate and deliver the sofa.

The delivery went extremely well! We had a tight fit; Mary and the delivery team did a great job of working with us to make certain it would fit through the doors.

The quality of the sofa is exactly what we are looking for... we will be shopping here again. And, I would recommend Ethan Allen to anyone else without hesitation.

Our designer, Carol Burns was the best. She was very patient with us and listened to us. She came to our home to match everything before we purchased our sofa. Shopping at Ethan Allen was a very good experience.

Had a wonderful experience working with Patti at Ethan Allen Lynnwood. I loved that she took the time to understand my style and was always prepared for our meetings, pulling fabrics / options ahead of time so we could be really efficient with our time. I really trusted Patti’s opinion as a designer and she had really good suggestions for room configurations or fabric choice juxtaposition. She would pull fabrics that were sort of in my “safe” aesthetic and then a wild card and a few of those wild cards were perfect for the final design which I’m super happy with. She was also very down to earth and I never felt pressured to go with the most expensive option ever. Would absolutely recommend working with her if you are thinking about refreshing your home, she’s a pleasure to design with!

Kathy DiFede was excellent! She shared great ideas for better product and less expense. Kathy was also at our home for the delivery and placement of all the new furniture. Kathy’s “A” Team delivered the product and were excellent and professional. Overall fabulous experience!

Love Ethan Allen furniture, their free interior design consultation, and their delivery service. We loved working with Jill Croasdill. She is knowledgeable, professional and have a wonderful taste in furniture. The only downside is that you usually have to wait 12-15 weeks for your furniture to arrive which is understandable given their high quality pieces.

My mom downsized and needed to buy new furniture to fit her smaller living space. She called Jill one of the interior designers at Ethan Allen. Jill came over and took photos and measurements of the furniture she wanted to keep. She then went to her new place to see what her space was like. She did a floor plan for my mom's new place and showed her what pieces of furniture and colors would work best for her. I am so impressed with this service which was complementary with no obligation to buy. The furniture is quality made and the prices are better than what I had compared with other stores. I would highly recommend Jill and Ethan Allen.

Carol Burns is a wonderful representative for Ethan Allen. She asked questions and listened to our answers in order to make informed suggestions. She knows her products! The store is set up well and conducive to selecting pieces and fabrics that pop. Shawn at your warehouse was wonderful to work with as well.

Designers with integrity and creativity. Both of my purchasing experiences were enjoyable. My designers were professional, listened closely and helped craft the best furniture design options for my home. I went in several times prior to purchasing and not once did I feel pressured. I am beyond impressed. So as not to be remiss- the delivery gentlemen were also consummate professionals; fast, polite, punctual and thorough. I will be a customer of Ethan Allen for life.
