Nice close get away from San Diego. Terrific Lazy River, pool, spas. Great view from the balcony.

The Sandicor MLS Real Estate site and the efforts of the technical staff is five star service in San Diego. The Paragon roll out was remarkably smooth and has many nice features. The commercial side of the database still needs some enhancements and more participation from local commercial brokers.

So grateful for the local support!

R.I.P. Sandicor 9/18. Sorry to see you were devoured in a hostile take over. Your former employees will always have memories of the before time. 😌

I've been a SDAR/SDMLS member since 2004 and can say that my experience over the last 12 months has been very disappointing. Specifically my interactions with the rules and customer technical support departments. The employees I've spoken with have been short with a lack of professionalism. Because of this I have joined PSAR to use CRMLS but cannot yet end membership with SDAR & SDMLS because since they severed with PSAR etc the reporting has been incomplete and I find I have to use both MLS's to ultimately find historical MLS information on a property. I hope they pull it together and can resume the quality of service I have been used to getting in the previous 15 years. The experience with PSAR's team has been extremely helpful, they are focused on serving me, a dues paying member of their organization.

Be very weary of listing your out of area listings through the reciprocal listings resource that Sandicor is offering. They are positioned to only give your listing very minimal exposure, if that, and are not being upfront and honest with us about their limitations. I'm very disappointed in our MLS and it seems very clear to me that they are more interested in making their shareholders the priority rather than us...

Sandicor's paragon software system is the most poorly designed, inefficient and clumsy system I can ever remember using. If they didn't have a monopoly I would never voluntarily use it.

Could not figure out how to use it and the video on YouTube are obsolete. Had to cancel my service.
