Banfield Pet Hospital

It was our first time taking our cats there for comprehensive exams. Dr.Tran and Katrina took great care of our pets today. They were super friendly and professional. They explained everything they did and answered our questions with great patience. Super nice to meet them and will bring our cats here in the future for routine care.

I had to make the decision to put down my kitty Ernie. Called at noon on a Sunday and they got an appointment for us at 2:30pm. Very sweet and caring person on the phone. We were treated so nicely from every staff member there. Was brought to a special room to spend as much time as we needed. When they took her to get an iv, I asked for purple gauze. She came back with purple gauze with a pink heart on it. They explained everything to us and we didn't feel rushed. When she was gone they took her and put her in a box all wrapped in a blanket like she was sleeping. We just received a card signed by all employees with such caring words. And they took the time to take a stamp of all her paws and her nose. They went above and beyond to make such a hard time comfortable. I would highly recommend this place!!!

First time customer/patient at this Mill Creek office. Couldn't be more satisfied and grateful for the courtesy, knowledge and communication at this facility. Dr. Murphy and the supporting staff were outstanding!
Based on our experience, we will be transferring all of our pets to the Mill Creek office. Highly recommended and will tell family and friends to give this place a try.

I have been bringing my dogs here for years!!! This location has the nicest, most competent technicians and receptionists! I just wish it wasn't so far from Marysville!! Esp. when the traffic is thick!!! I can not be so complimentary about the staff at other locations in the area. I enjoy having my pets on the wellness plans; it saves me money in the long run and they help remind me to take care of routine health checks!!! Great Vets!!! Just wish there was a Banfield Pet Clinic in Marysville - with great staff!!!

We have wellness plans for our two pups and we have only had positive experiences with Banfield so far. They clearly care and they're very knowledgable. The location and hours are super convenient, too.

My Kitty was as usual more then will to go in his carrier. Ha ha ha as all leg spread to keep from going in the box. He howl like were trying to kill him. All the way there he howled like a wolf would. I he a Mancoon kitty put once we got there he new were he was quiet. Mancoon's are very voicetress or I just got lucky with one that purr talks. He howls when he is in the carrier. Me as a pet lover would have to take a look in take at car. I an see if the animal was hurt or dyeing from the sound come from the car. I love my 13lb baby.

I love the team here, they treat my senior dog Boots so well and have great information to give when I ask questions. The Optimum Wellness Plan is extremely helpful with all the services it offers.

Dr. Deibner is just the best. My cat was diagnosed with FLV last year and I take him here for his regular vaccines, dentals, Check ups, etc. They are always very patient and kind with my incessant calling and checking every time I have a concern. Wonderful, professional, and kind staff. Thank you!

Banfield is a great place to get your pet care. Great staff and the pets are healthy.

Banfield hospital are Great! I have nothing but praise for the Mill Creek Banfield. I had to put my dog down of 15 years, that's all I will say about that, but the staff are great people and very professional. Thank you, Banfield Hospital

When my 14 1/2 year old black lab Bella had issues with walking, because her back legs kept collapsing, Dr. Harris, Jessica W, Natasha and Chandler went out of their way to make room for her the next day and helped me get her in the clinic on a carry board. Thank You so much for going above and beyond.

My kitty has been to more vets than I can count over the last 8 years. I could not be happier that we've landed at Banfield and no matter where I move from now on, I will make the trip here. Amber was our tech for my kitty's teeth cleaning and she was so sweet and knowledgeable. The whole staff was very patient with my many many questions and made me feel totally at ease while caring for my beloved kitty like they would their own let. Also worth mentioning: there's plenty of parking, their office is very clean and prices for services are good.

I’ve been bringing my cat to Banfield in Bothell Everett Hwy & Millcreek location since she was 6 months old & she is almost 3 years old. They send me reminders on when my cat needs her shots, deworming, teeth cleaned, blood work…etc. The veterinarians & staff are great & very friendly. I’m really happy with them. My only issue I have in the Millcreek location is that the parking is awful. They need to reserve parking in front of the clinic.

Very concerned and considerate. They triage very well. I saw an extremely ill dog come in and they treated it like a human in an emergency room.

They were able to accommodate our puppy in case of an emergency, even when we were not able to get an appointment anywhere else.
