I have had nothing but great experiences in this store. It is well stocked when others are not and they honor prices. Ron, who works the self checkout, is a great employee and deserves recognition!

Blake from produce section went above and beyond. Not only he stepped in to help me in the bakery department which was not his area but he recognized that my hands were full and offered to get me a cart! Now that’s called being kind and awesome customer service!

This review is purely to share a decent respectful interaction I witnessed and commend the store manager, Mark. I don’t shop here much. I just happened to have my car alignment done at the Firestone nearby and decided to sit with a sandwich and coffee at this QFC as I waited. A very obviously sick and needy gentleman was sitting at the outside courtyard. I have no doubt many people complained about his presence. Within 10 minutes the manager came out and checked on him. With cordial and utmost respect, he addressed the man questioning if he had help, a ride, needed an ambulance, etc. Rather than sharing what I would imagine numerous complaints, he said “there’s a lot of people concerned for you” and once he confirmed the gentleman had a place to go, he said, “ I hope you feel better.” It was refreshing to see how decently he treated someone who could have otherwise been dismissed as a nuisance. Then on top of that, he himself and an associate came out and helped clean the area where the man was ill after he left. I’m sitting here writing this as I witness this act of service, respect, and leadership. Well done, Mark (and Andrea), your act of kindness did not go unnoticed. I’m a future customer now.

Very convenient location, This little town center got a really nice remodel about five years ago. Parking is claustrophobic too many businesses for the small little place.

This is my go-to QFC for any household need. The employees are wonderful. It's extremely convenient, but more importantly, it makes a task pleasant.

I came to this location on the 29th - and the staff was fantastic. I came an hour earlier than the customer service desk was supposed to be open (they're operating on snow hours, totally understandable - oversight by me!) and they didn't hesitate to help me at all.

Matter of fact - I didn't even need to ask. They asked me if I needed help, because I didn't want to put them out when someone wasn't operating the customer service desk yet.

They were so friendly and helpful, for a situation that was already not ideal (my car was vandalized, and I needed to purchase an ORCA card in order to get to and from work for the meantime). This grocery store is a bit further away than others near me, but I'd spend my money at this store over all others due to the continued excellent customer service.

Great store, workers are lovely. Think they deserve an Asian bar or self serve food bar something more to liven up the joint though like the safeway across the street

Very clean and well organized. Prices are typical for the area. Friendly staff at the checkout area. I will shop here again.

We had the most amazing flower arrangements made for family members by Jen White at the Mill Creek QFC. I highly recommend her to anybody that needs specialty arrangements made. Thank you for your beautiful work.

Well maintained store, as a shopping center in my neighborhood I frequent this store multiple times a week over the span of many years. The employees are all well trained and the majority have stayed long enough to get to know by face if not name.

Sales are always abundant, stores kept very clean, and the staff are happy to order items not on the shelf if at all possible. Parking is good and surrounded by a handful of smaller shops this makes for an ideal place to do your weekly shopping for groceries or any other supermarket related options.

Tiffany in floral is amazing! Best customer service. Knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond to get my order taken care of. Thank you!

You'd be dumb if you go to that safeway across the street. Price is actually cheaper here.

The associate in self check out was AMAZING! Not only was she patiently, politely and professionally trying to explain something to a customer on the phone but when she saw me struggling with my machine she quickly came over fixed it with a smile on her face and in her voice without missing a beat with the customer on the phone. Rockstar status!

Theres a guy who works here, Roy, and he is THE BEST! My husband and I couldn't find something that Roy thought they were out of. This man went and found the last of what we wanted and came and found us! We are new to the area, and will be shopping here a lot more because of Roy's awesome customer service.

I love this QFC! The location is convenient, the employees who work there are always sweet and kind, and even though I live RIGHT NEXT to Albertsons, I make the extra 8 min drive just to go here.
I also LOVE the deals and savings I get south e very visit, and their selections are always adequate for the size of their store.

I walked a couple miles to this location with my 2 year old to pick up some groceries. I thought I remembered that we could get a free cookie from the bakery from when I was a kid. I asked Anna behind the counter if QFC still offerS this and she was just so nice. We talked about what a good memory this makes for kids. A simple cookie made my shopping experience with my 2 year old enjoyable. So thank you Anna, you made our day!

Good for a quick in-and-out shopping experience. The layout is easy to navigate, facility is clean and the staff are very helpful. 24-hour place so its easy to drop in during less busy hours.

Love coming here at night after 10pm, the night crew is super friendly and the store P.A. system is always playing hard rock. Walking into a QFC at 11:45pm and hearing mudvayne echoing through the store makes me super happy.

Great store. Meat, produce, dairy, all departments are wonderful. Clean - no fish smell. Employees are the best. Great sales!!!
