I'm writing this review after my second visit. I was a newbie in medical beauty but Dr. Lisa was very professional and nice. I was super nervous at the beginning because it was the first time in my life visiting a med spa, and the staff who worked there were all very friendly. They calmed me down and guided me through the process which I appreciate it a lot! That's why I decided to go back again for filler and botox. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a professional and friendly service:)

Yesterday I went to Serenity Med Spa for first time. This is a beautiful spa! The staff was very kind and friendly. I felt right away that I was in the midst of a very professional and caring environment. Dr Lisa is very kind and gentle. She listened to my concerns, and did her best to try to figure out the best treatment for me! I did not feel rushed or pressured to buy anything! This is the best spa I've ever been to!

I love Dr. Lisa! Every time I come in I feel like she really cares about me. It’s the first Med Spa ever where I don’t feel pushed to buy products or sign up for their packages. Dr. Lisa is very honest and never tried to up sale any of her treatments, actually she tells me no for many things I wanted to do but she thought it wasn’t necessary for now. She will never get your fillers or Botox overdone. She is very talented and skilled, she always has the newest treatments and latest technology. I see big improvements since I started with Dr. Lisa’s treatments. Her staff is very kind, polite and well trained. The clinic is very clean and organized. The prices are fair, actually I find very affordable in comparison to other clinics.

I have been going to her for years. She is an honest amazing person. I love how she reels me back when I want to go crazy. For all you folks that like there lips full know what I mean. I am grateful for her honesty and professionalism. I have never had a bad experience at Serenity Med Spa!

The staff is so kind and always very patient when explaining procedures. Nurse Alison is very calming and wonderful.

I have been coming here for both fillers and botox for the past year and they have done a great job for both! The needle they use for masseter botox is a lot smaller than other places and I could barely feel it. A huge place since I'm extremely afraid of needles. I noticed the effects after a couple weeks for the jaw botox and immediately for fillers, loved my results and had no complications. Definitely recommend this place :).

I’ve been going to Serenity Med spa Burlingame since they opened. I’ve been really happy with all my treatments. Nurse Judy is excellent!! I have also been treated by Dr. Lisa and she is also great! Definitely recommend. I used to go to the SF office before they opened the one in Burlingame, but I prefer the ease of parking in Burlingame.

Dr. Lisa is amazing! She is the best because she will not going to push you to do purchase more or recommend you more than you really need. She has a great eye for symmetry and face harmonization. I wouldn’t trust my face and body to anyone else. She is honest and she does her best to make you feel and look your best. The SPA is so clean and the staff is very caring and friendly!

I love dr.Lisa and her med spa . She is very knowledgeable , gives you the best treatments & does not upsell you . The staff are super friendly , accommodating & great communicators . Nurse judy is amazing as well . She knows cool sculpting very well and offer you great options for your treatment .

The offices are lovely and the staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Lisa is great. I have had many procedures done by her and I am always pleased with the results. She takes the time to thoroughly explain things and has a great eye. I highly reccomend Serenity and would never go anywhere else for my. cosmetic procedures.

Judy did an amazing job helping me create a subtle yet effective lip flip, top and bottom! She was informative with my options to work towards my goal. Will be returning for lip filler next week, love her work!

This review is for dear Dr Lisa and her staff. I have no words to describe Doctor Lisa’s artistic work. She is imperative for Serenity. Serenity would never be the same without her. Her staff is friendly and very attentive. I generally book my appointments with Doctor Lisa in advance because of her solicited service. I wish there would be two like Doctor Lisa. She is my star and will always be. I recently had done bbl for my discoloration. The result obviously amazing. My skin looks radiant and brighter. My discoloration got reduced significantly. In addition to my bbl, I have to mention that love the way how doctor Lisa does my fillers. I won’t trade her for any other doctor. She takes her time making sure your face looks as symmetrical as it can be. By all means, Doctor Lisa loves to give you the most astonished look and you to be happy with the results. I trust any suggestions she has for me. She doesn’t try to upsell you with treatments and procedures. Doctor Lisa is very passionate, an trustworthy and talented Doctor. She will be always my number one Doctor. She cares for her patients and for her job, always bringing the most effective, advanced and sophisticated procedure for us. I love Doctor Lisa. I certainly do. I can see her passion through her eyes and work. It was hard for me to find doctors like her. Doctor Lisa you are a Rockstar for Serenity. Dr Lisa is amazing. She is knowledgeable, professional and gives solid advice and never pushes me to purchase more then I need. Actually I usually want more then she advises. She is honest and a solid doctor. Dr Lisa will answer any questions you ask and is not a unnecessary chit chatter. I have been a patient for many years and have recommended multiple people who would agree with this recommendation and are still patients. I would follow Dr Lisa whereever she practices but I must admit that I love that the office in burlingame. I highly recommend Dr Lisa! 5 stars+!!

I love coming to this location! The facility is very clean and the staff always provide the upmost professional service whenever I come for a touch up. They've been able to answer any questions I had and made sure I left feeling great. Parking is free and easy.

If you have not tried this spa, you are missing an opportunity. The staff is professional and helpful. Dr. Kang is most knowledgeable and patient. She listens to your concerns and is genuinely interested in your feedback.
The spa is meticulously decorated and the procedures are cutting-edge.
