I always have a good experience here. They are very nice, helpful, and patient when I have lots of questions. The man helping me took the time to show me what was wrong with a part, and took extra time to fix it without extra charge.

These people are great! Honesty, honesty, and more honesty.

I had a screw with hex head stuck in my rear tire and all I needed was a simple service removing it and pluggin the hole. My previous calls in the Campbell area started listening all the other shops' wheeler dealer talk.."...my friend...I'm in this business for a long time...what year/model is the car?...we had to remove tire...blah blah blah..."

First of all, I am not your friend. Second, you don't have to remove the tire. Third what the *** does it have to do with the car? It's a tire repair (the more expensive the car, the higher the same repair prices).

So, I call this gas station and these honest people charged exactly what it is supposed to be, very quickly, without removing the tire, and at an inexpensive rate (much less than the others said).

Please trust these great owners of the station and support their business. You can put your entire faith on them.
To the other shops I call in the morning: "Have a nice day!"

I've relied on Alex and his team at Hamilton Chevron for over seven years to help maintain my two vehicles. They give honest advice on keeping my family safe while driving and getting the most out of my cars. They are excellent mechanics, offer fair prices and meet their scheduling commitments. It's great to have such a high quality service in a friendly neighborhood setting.

Had my oil changed here. I remember having a coupon (Val Pak?). They did a decent job, accomplished what I expected. Gas is usually few pennies more than the Rotten Robbies across the street.

It's a clean and well lit station for brand name gas. The prices are about 10 cents more expensive when using credit cards.

I only buy gas here so I can't comment on the service part. Honestly I only buy gas here because the location is incredibly convenient for my commute home. I dont like that they charge extra for credit card purchases. No other Chevron in the area does that. It's a practice that was common in the 80s but had died out in the past 20 or so years yet they do it here. Annoying.

Filled a brand new 20lb propane tank here for $20, though it looked like they only put in ~3.5 gallons. The guy said they charge the same flat fee for refills based on tank size, not per gallon. I'll be looking for a place that charges per gallon for top offs.

Unprofessional. That is the word that I can use to describe the place and people here. I don't understand why people are running their business this way. I changed engine oil at this place twice so far. Every time, the price changes. The difference is not much so it is fine. However, it is the professionalism and poor customer service why I'm not going to service my car at this place. For those two services, I haven't felt any confidence and certainty for this place. I want my car to be serviced where I can feel safe, certain, and reliable. Plus, considering the quality of the service, the price is not cheaper than most places. In fact,, more expensive.. For my newer car, Id rather go to Qulaity tune-up. They are legit. They are a way professional and kind. That is recommendation. They just lost a customer.

Their gas quality is fine, but if you ever need something inside the store, good luck. Nobody there has ever been understandable due to their lack of English or social skills. They'll mumble stuff at you and stick their finger in your face and ignore you until they feel like helping you.
Rotten Robbie's gas plays just fine with my direct-injection engines, and the people are nicer. I'd recommend going across the street to them.
