Amazing experience at IKEA E.P.A.! Everything was cleaned and organized, and the staff seemed genuinely happy.

I visited their Swedish restaurant too and enjoyed a satisfying meal after all the walking left me famished! I'd come back just for the food 😅

I LOVE IKEA! It's so fun to wander around and look at all the little rooms they make. There is nothing not too love about IKEA. You can also learn some Swedish while you're there. Their food is delicious and affordable, highly recommend the cinnamon rolls. Tack, IKEA! (that means thank you in Swedish)

IKEA has great selections of storage products, for people who want to have a organized home, this is the place to shop!
I am a Vegan, everytime I come I always stop by their restaurant for a plate of IKEA's famous plant based balls, it is tasty and reasonably priced.

Come here for affordable dinners / lunches / cafe options. I love the frozen yogurt. They also sell most of the food offerings in the frozen section, if you're looking to take them home. The place is quite empty on weekdays.

A great place to get practical and affordable Scandinavian style furniture. It is not just a furniture store, it is a destination by itself. The upper floor has a myriad of demonstration areas giving people ideas how their space can be furnished. Downstairs is the market place where you could pick up the merchandise, as well as the warehouse where you pick up the larger pieces of merchandise. There is a cafeteria and a children's play area.

Quite a nice Ikea to go to! Plenty of covered parking space, not to mention an incredibly classic Ikea experience as well. Is quite the busy location too! Of course had to have the meatballs here! Which is always a requirement whenever I walk into an Ikea! Come prepared or come to browse, but always stay for the meatballs!

We had a great experience this past visit to IKEA in East Palo Alto. It wasn't as packed on a weekday, which I like. We came back to purchase a few more items for the kitchen area to finish our kitchen project. We had great service from William (Bill) in the IKEA kitchen at the East Palo Alto location. Bill was patient, helpful, and friendly while helping us locate items in the store and place other delivery orders from IKEA.

Love the selection of home decor, furniture, kitchen utensils, office supplies, and just about everything you need for every room in your home.

Spacious store that is easy to navigate. Food is easy to order and fast. A pleasant shopping experience from start to finish.

I ordered a closet system for home delivery. We opened 4 of the 22 pieces before realizing that this was not going to work for us. I figured I'd be out the price of the open pieces, and was pleasantly surprised when I looked online to see that I could return an unopened item for a full year, and open items for 6 months!

I was able to start my return and check in online. I was number 6 to be served, and was done in a total of 25 minutes with a full refund. There were 2-3 customer service representatives working returns the entire time I was there. Aigaevalu assisted me, and she was quick, professional, and friendly.

It was a very good experience.

What can you say about IKEA? It’s a standard well-maintained maze of all kinds of things that you may or may not need end of things you didn’t even know you could have. I went on a chill Thursday evening around 6 PM and it was pretty empty thankfully. There was Hella parking? There’s three floors of parking I think or two for sure. There’s inside and out door I didn’t even know about the outdoor, but it looks super convenient. There was plenty of bags to put all your stuff in. There was plenty of pencils, paper, yard sticks or meter sticks or tape measures lol there’s also a great variety of food options of the food court with the meatball. Still being delicious. All in all the East Palo Alto IKEA is easy to get to it’s right by the freeway getting in and out of it is easy the workers are nice from the brief interactions that I had with them and TBH basically all you need. I highly recommend why not go to IKEA get inspired spend some money see your vision boards and enjoy some dinner while you’re at it.

So much fun shopping here! It’s like a maze of furniture and home decor with lots of decor ideas. Good place to go to to get inspired. The Swedish meatballs in the restaurant are almost worth the visit themselves! The furniture unfortunately isn’t the highest quality and requires quite a bit of assembly, but at least the shopping experience is fun!

IKEA is excellent place to buy home goods. At the end of my shopping enjoyed ice cream over there. Nice place 👍👍

We went to ikea to buy some furniture for our living room, they have huge selection of home decorating item, I love there bulk kitchen stuffs. Cafeteria is amazing where you can try some Swedish food.

IKEA is a great place for furniture, furnishings, kitchen appliances, cutlery.etc. For once you find a place that has a different look and feel then usual China factory products flooding all US stores as IKEA is a Sweden based company. They have custom made room decors to pick from. I like to buy plants from there as they're reasonably priced.

Ikea is known for their home, furniture and some decoration needs. You will need to scan a QR code for furnitures that require strapes for stability to get the bar code at check-outs.

We went to get a wardrobe with some customization. Our appointment was fixed. But when we arrived, the person scheduled to assist us named Elisa refused to attend & went on lunch. But, we were really pleased to meet Miss Bahareh, inspite of her being busy, she came to attend us. She is helpful & knowledgeable. With her suggestions, we were able to figure out what we needed. She made our experience seamless 🙌🏻 Really appreciate her efforts and wish her all the best!
