I cannot say enough good things about Steve and his legal team. I thought it was all over for me when the insurance told me that I was going to have to pay my medical bills out of pocket. Darin was patient and worked with us every step of the way. When it came down to it...he fought hard and we won! He came highly recommended by several leaders in our County and for good reason! He is poised and collected when he represents you. My husband was shot in the line of duty and it became clear that OWCP wasn't going to help us, as we needed medical procedures done and because my husband is a federal employee....Doctors are reluctant to wait to get a paycheck. I have been struggling to write a review for this attorney and I finally realized why. Steve Roberts is so much more than an attorney. Honestly, you can find an attorney anytime you want, but if you want someone who is compassionate, dependable, reliable, honest and who works hard for you, Steve is your man. He went through really bad times with my husband’s case and was a steadying force when he was needed and not expected. He is more than an attorney and honestly we will both miss not talking to him. Don’t be fooled by fast talking attorneys that are in this area, Steve is the real thing.

I highly recommend Steven Roberts as an attorney. He and his Paralegal, Jessie, were easy to work with and very professional. Their hard work and experience proved successful in getting the insurance company of the person at fault to pay out the full policy coverage. I was extremely grateful as the insurance company initially offered hardly anything. Luckily, I was not hurt with life threatening injuries, but my car accident could have gone very badly had a certain circumstances not happened. That said, my settlement covered my medical expenses, and gave adequate reimbursement for the pain and suffering I experienced for months afterwards. If you're in need of an attorney, give them a call!

It's weird saying that I "loved" my experience with an attorney, especially since there was a painful injury that led me to him but I have to choose between "hated it" and "loved it" so there it is.

I came into our "relationship" with some major attitude, after all, he's an ATTORNEY and I was in pain. After being turned down by several attorneys, I was frustrated and mistrustful, so I was pleasantly surprised when he took my case. That guy worked his butt off for me, seriously. I'm told these things are never fun and the "niceties" go right out the door when you're trying to get money from someone.

Steve was always straightforward with me, no beating around the bush. He believed in me and reminded me often that I wasn't the "bad guy" in this whole thing. He cared about me and my situation. He was empathetic without being patronizing during the most emotional parts of this freaking nightmare.
