Rocket Fizz

Large candy store with an absolutely massive selection. They have all the normal varieties of candy and many above and beyond that. There are plenty of things in this store I have never heard of. They also have a selection of gourmet sodas both of delicious sounding flavors and gag flavors like bacon flavored soda. They also have fun little toys for the kiddos near the register. I don't really know what else to say this is just kind of a fun place. The staff running the place is normally very nice and seem to like to have fun as well.

Huge candy store packed with a massive variety of candy and sodas from around the world. They had flavors of soda I didn't even know existed: bacon, peanut butter, etc. Old school candy like Mars bars. Tons and tons of candy. Pricey but worth it for the variety and the sheer wow factor of this store. Worth a visit! So much fun to explore.

Try not to come here too often. Bad for my health!... But they have a WIDE variety of candy and sodas you can't find anywhere else. Highly recommend if you have a sweet tooth and like variety!

Even if you don't have a sweet tooth this candy store can suit your needs with it's vast assortments of candy and soda from around the globe bouncing from England to Mexico to Japan while still having room for the clasics you will not be disappointed. As the name entails the also sell sodas of basically any flavor you can think of. If your strolling down town definitely check this place out it's worth your while.

So much candy and chocolates and fun decorations for kids and adults who act like kids. Especially enjoy the selection of Kinder products. Yum!

Good place to find that special candy staff is friendly and helpful my children love the kinder candy and they always have a great selection of kinder candy they even had the adventskalender for Christmas

Can you really not like a candy store? I am pretty sure I get a sugar high just walking around the store. But, I can't resist buying their gummy candy here. The most interesting stuff is the variety of sodas that they carry, very unique flavors. I also wouldn't think of varying quality of gummy bears but the staff knows their stuff. They also know where everything always is in the store and if they will be in stock with something else new.
Get the minion tic-tacs :) please?

It's not an afternoon in downtown SLO without a stop in to Rocket Fizz! The kids love the decorations and the huge selection of every candy imaginable. My husband and I love to get an assortment of root beer in our unending search to find the best. We love all the obscure/small business brands we can get there, right along side the more widely known brands. The staff is always friendly and seem like they have fun at work.

Incredible selection of odd drinks, snacks, and candies. The guy working when we came in was wonderfully helpful and friendly, I wish I'd caught his name so I could mention him specifically. Great ecclectic little candy shop, definitely worth a stop if you're in the area.

I ordered cotton candy for my daughters birthday party. I had so much to do before the party and I told them I couldn't get there to pick it up so they offered to drive it to us! Amazing service! I would recommend them to anyone, especially for special orders for parties!

The person working there was incredibly knowledgeable about the various products available. He sold us some bubbglegum and pointed us towards a SLO staple — Bubblegum Alley!

Whether we contributed to the rite of passage of many citizens before us I'll leave a mystery, but the bubblegum was great and so was he! (Plus the giant Vault Boy in the middle of the store was a cool addition to the space.)

Excellent staff and selection of candy from many different era's. Very fun place to go.

They have great soda and candies. Everything from Bob Ross energy drinks to Bacon flavored soda. Some of the soda flavors are rather gross(dirt, ranch, bacon, etc.) But they also have some great choices including Harry Potter butter beer and things such as Stalinade or Doomsday Lemonade.

Great customer service. The worker was very helpful. Delicious candy and drinks. Some things are a tad over priced. But overall worth it and would go back.

Best candy store on the central coast. Staff helped me to find the perfect root beer for my wife, which was particularly helpful since I hate root beer! (Ps she loved it)
