Amazing experience! 👏 we have been here dealing with data transfers and service changes for the last two days. It took a few days because we had multiple people needing help with different schedules. With both visits, the people at this store have been helpful, knowledgeable and incredibly easy to work with. We will only go to this location because everyone is fantastic. Thank you so much for all of your help!

Though I'm not sure anyone is excited to visit a cell phone store, other than if someone else is purchasing them a phone, this T-Mobile really is great! The same staff member that helped me sign up with T-Mobile a few years ago was still there when I went in for a simple screen protector replacement and remembered me. Super straightforward and awesome job, especially compared to the other T-Mobile store that's across town, which couldn't be more opposite in how rude and unhelpful they are.
The T-Mobile in the marigold center is by far the best one in all of San Luis Obispo

I've been without phone for 5 days. Suzzy Q from broad location is amazing. She freaking fix my cell. U don't understand. I'm seriously am grateful for her. We need more employees like her. TMobile is bless to have her. Thank u thank u Suzzy . Your my girl now . Kudos

I went in last week to look for a new phone and didn't really know what I wanted to get, but thanks to one of the t-mobile representatives named Selena I was able to get just what I wanted. She was very patient, knowledgeable, and had great customer service. Due to this experience I will definitely come back for my next phone.

First time at this location and i gots to say the customer service was great. A young lady named selena was very helpful. She had helped me select a new phone for my son and with me being an old guy she knew exactly what he would like. I would've got him a flip, hahaha thanks Selena. Very clean location and everyone attentive to their customers. Thumbs up.

Jesse and Cynthia went above and beyond to help with everything I needed. The store is well maintained and they have great customer service. It was a fast and friendly transaction. I appreciate all the help they did for me. Not only that but they had more than enough knowledge on their devices and plans!
I highly recommend to stop by this store if you want a great and high quality service by Cynthia and Jesse.

I was in this store a day ago and Selena was exceptionally informative as well as extremely helpful. She guided me through all my questions and was ready with answers. If she didn't know about something, she made sure to ask. I highly recommend not only this store, but the associate Selena.

I came in to have a screen protector replaced, now for the 3rd time in 3wks.. but that's another issue. The gentlemen who helped me, Tim, was great! He replaced it super quick, and told me about getting a free active watch 2. He was beyond patient, my card kept having issues w/the billing address. He helped me go threw and try MULTIPLE old address/zip codes, ( I recently moved to SLO and hadn't changed everything over, or apparently anything ever)
In any case, it all got resolved ,the watch is on its way. I would just like to give kudos out to him, & say Thank you!

We had an awesome experience in the Broad St. store the other day. The staff were so helpful and very knowledgable. The atmosphere cheerful and we shared a few laughs. Yosselyn was the lady who took care of us. I recommend this store on Broad with 5 Stars!

Employees were super helpful & this location is easy to find. Located in a cool shopping center. Parking is provided.

My experience with the T-Mobile store in the Marigold Plaza was outstanding due to friendly customer service, couple with up to date technical expertise. I would definitely recommend visiting this store for anyone who desires quality driven customer care for very good cell phones and accessories.

Very great service! Albert, Tommy, and Yosselyn were very accommodating. They helped me pick out my teenager's first phone and some accessories. My daughter loved everything, thanks guys!

I loved spending the afternoon at T mobile in Marigold Plaza with Yosselyn and Albert. My phone needed to be backed up then a factory reset then back to regular function to see if we could fix a problem. We could not fix it. But that's ok. I will probably buy a new phone and they have a great deal right now.
Anyway Yosselyn and Albert were friendly, easy going and helpful and even my 13 year old was happy during the long wait.
Thanks so much we will always do business at this T-mobile!

I love T-Mobile.... Been with Verizon and AT&T. T-Mobile has better coverage in my area no dropped calls and the people are so much easier to deal with and the rates are better. What more can I say other than if you're not with T-Mobile get with the program!!!

Great Facility. Went in there to search for some phones. I am currently from the Sacramento area but Alberto, the manager, was able to contact a location closer to home for me to see if they had phones in stock. that alone showed their great customer service. Felt very welcoming when I walked in there. Great experience

Love that this location is near my home and parking is better than downtown T-Mobile. The sales reps are excellent! They are friendly and helpful and provided info about a promotion which will save me and my son money!

The customer services at this location is above and beyond. We got helped on two different occasions, first time by Albert and the second time by Jesse. Both very knowledgeable and helpful. Never felt cheated or pressured to buy anything. Plus, there's always parking!
