Very helpful staff and a wide variety of running shoes. I needed a new pair so I always come here when I'm ready.

Highly recommended. I have had problems with my feet for nearly a decade and they helped me find the perfect shoe. When it wore out, I went to buy it and it was no longer sold by them and instead of trying to get me to buy a new shoe, the employee there went above and beyond to find that shoe somewhere else. Now THAT’S good customer service. I bought the shoes from the other site where it was still available but they have guaranteed that I’ll be back to support them by putting the customer first.

Running Warehouse is the best place to buy running shoes. They have a very generous return policy, and helpful staff during the return/exchange policy. And online orders in California get delivered in the next day. I only buy shoes from Running Warehouse.

Jody pleasantly offered knowledgeable assistance from the point I stepped into the store. The selection of quality running and walking shoes is EXCELLENT. All the other staff was just as pleasant a d helpful with an consistent stream of customers. The store is unassuming and doesn't overwhelm customers with unrelated items. These people know what they're doing. Oh, and the store has NARROW sizes. Great Job!

I have ordered multiple times from Running Warehouse. They are always so nice to deal with. And if they do not have what you need, they are always helpful at recommending other alternatives. And I love they not only ship free, but provide a label to return the items if they don't work. Plus many times they give 10% off for customer appreciation so their price is usually a bit lower than another place. I just ordered 2 pairs of running shoes for my husband and we will get them on Wednesday...they are always fast!

The employees here are beyond helpful and welcoming, even if you aren't training for a marathon or anything like that. I wish I would have gotten the name of the man who helped me out, so I could refer you to him here, but I'm sure the other employees will give you the same spectacular service. I have been struggling for years to find shoes that alleviate the pain from the way that I walk, and within minutes the guy that helped me identify the problem and referred me to shoes he knew were best for me. I've been wearing them for about 5 days now, and almost all of the pain is gone and it's incredible considering I walk everywhere and stand for hours at a time at work. I highly recommend this place if you need to find shoes that work best with your body's individual needs, regardless of your level of activity.

Great service. It is wonderful to shop for sports shoes with people who really know their shoes. They were friendly and privided several options for consideration. This is a quality specialty shop and will make a difference in your running. I went because I was having problems with my feet. Take care of your feet and they will take you everywhere.

On my 4th pair of sneakers from them. Had one issue with one pair of sneakers where the back heel was breaking down. I did not have my receipt and they still were going to give me a refund. I did choose another pair of sneakers. Its nice to know when paying good money for sneakers, they will back their product. Give them a try.

Great selections, but I was on the hunt for Hoka.The staff was very helpful walking through the door. They were quick to look up what I wanted and check that they had it at the ready. If unavailable at the store, you could still order and have it shipped for free. Found what I was lookingHoward. I will definitely be coming back.

I have been ordering from Running Warehouse for a few years now and I love it! Not only are their prices competitive, but the is no minimum free shipping and free return shipping...hardly ever heard of in the retail world.

Items are always as expected and if something runs a bit large or small, they are there to get you the size you need. This is the only athletic site I will shop on

I ordered three items totaling approximately $250, only to find that all three prices were reduced by $20-30 the following day. Even though my order had already shipped, and two of the three items were no longer in stock, Running Warehouse refunded the difference (~$75) with just a simple phone call. Five stars for selection, timeliness of order processing/shipping, and return/refund policy.

Excellent customer service. I live in Australia and want to purchase a product not available here, and they ship internationally. I am relying on online photos to make a decision as to which product to purchase. When I had a query, they promptly answered my question and even got the product out, and took photos to demonstrate. I was very impressed.

I have a son in cross country and his coach recommended this store. They have you run on a treadmill to determine what kind of support and type if running shoe you need. The staff ia super helpful, and goes above and beyond. Don't let the small showroom fool you, they have every shoe in their online catalog available.
