We chose to get three estimates from local companies for our roofing project. All three were similar but Signature Roofing stood out from the beginning. William was very helpful answering all of our questions at the estimate stage and explaining the process and options available. The project started within the expected time frame and the daily updates provided were very helpful for us to understand the progress. Everyone that was involved was very professional, clean knowledgeable. The roof and gutters look amazing.

I chose Signature Roofing due to their high ratings on sites like Yelp, etc... They were only a tiny bit more expensive but thought to choose someone with a high rating but was local to my area as well. I couldn't be more pleased with their level of attentiveness, low pressure/consultative selling, great pricing and high quality work. The roof looks fantastic and they did the roof in only 2 days. I had 1 minor thing that I reached out to them about and they came back without issue nor delay. I would definitely recommend Signature Roofing. Thank you!

We decided to replace our 35 year old cedar shake roof before the rainy season. We got bids from 3 well reviewed companies. All bids were very close in Cost, but Signature's was just a bit better. Their responsiveness and general knowledge was superior.

The work was done in late August and early September during the incredible heatwave. The crew was incredible. They arrived on time every morning and worked until the day's progress was completed. They were responsive to my questions and patient with my suggestions.

We are very satisfied and highly recommend them. We are now ready for rainy season if it ever comes.

Signature replaced our roof six years ago - professional, responsive, and great quality. With all the storms we've had ('22-'23), we sustained some roof damage. We called Signature thinking that we wouldn't hear back from them anytime soon. They got back to us within an hour, had guys out the house first day the roof could be worked on. The guys were right on time and fixed the damage in an hour. Terrific.

My friend recommended Signature Roofing to me and I saw they have great reviews in google and yelp. I also got an estimate from another top company but Signature Roofing's price is much more reasonable.
William, my project coordinator is the best. My simple project turned out to be more difficult due to a lot of dry rot and rotted beams where he had to get more crew to work them to keep up the schedule. He kept me posted on the progress and what was coming up. He juggled things to weatherproof my stucco repair before rain came in.
My city inspector came for a final inspection and told me I select the right company because signature roofing is one of the best. :)

Signature replaced my roof last summer and I am 100% satisfied. This review is overdue!

I had 3 quotes and Signature's is in the middle. But from the conversation with PJ their proposal makes best sense. I was still skeptical though since I have an extension part of the house and the roof was not nicely done. It was difficult to scribe what to do.

I stopped by their office one day and I was very happy I did. William was able to explain what to do and what material to use.

The whole process took a few days during 2021 summer. William kept me updated with emails and phone calls. We did not make any contact with the crew.

The final result is great and my roof looks much better than before. I am very happy. My neighbor also complimented the roof since they looked at my ugly roof from their second floor for years.

They also added ventilation intake and this summer is cooler than last.

Do yourself a favor and consider them when you need to replace roof.

It is always a daunting task when you need to find someone to perform a big project around your house that you can't perform yourself. That is why, we feel so fortunate to have found and worked with Signature Roofing on our re-roofing project.

Our roof was over 30 years old, the majority of the house was double roofed so we knew that would require a lot of extra work to remove. The project lasted about 5~6 days which included old roof removal, installation of new roof, flashing and gutters, inspections and cleanup. The cleanup was very thorough and the area surrounding our house looked cleaner then before the project started, no nails to worry about.

From our 1st appointment with PJ to the final city inspection, we felt like Signature Roofing was with us every step of the way. We received daily progress emails or calls from William which was helpful and reassuring to know what was going on and if there were any issues found.

Thank you PJ, William and all of your hardworking roofers who helped us convert our old wood shake roof into an asphalt shingle roof, we couldn't be any happier with our new roof and gutters too.

Highly recommend Signature Roofing!

Signature Roofing was excellent from beginning to end. For my project (SFH shingle roof replacement, associated repairs and gutters) every step (including inspections/quotes, neighborhood and city permits, and QA) was smooth and very well executed.

We were 100% satisfied with Signature roofing. The owner of the company sent us a postcard with his picture and phone number on it and told us we can call him anytime for any reason during the roofing process. We have several pets and we’re concerned about the noise and he was very upfront and said the first day would be the worst, “It will be like a herd of elephants on your roof“. Four days later we had a beautiful new roof .

My reroofing experience with Signature Roofing was a positive experience from before the contract was signed through completion. I cannot say enough about the care they took to make sure everything was done correctly and I was happy with their job. George, PJ and the others showed concern about every step and were in communication with me at every step. I have already recommended them to a friend and will continue doing so. It was an awesome experience working with signature roofing! The new roof looks fabulous and the communication has been great since day1. We knew from the disclosure that our roof condition was poor and determined to find the right company to fix it. Signature roofing stood out - they planed ahead and estimated potential extra cost with detailed information. The costs were incurred because of the age of wood, but it also insured the quality we wanted. The reroofing processing and clean up were smooth and on schedule. We appreciate the great work and their attention to the details!

A little expensive compared to the competition, but incredibly thorough, professional, and great communicators. We needed our shingle roof + gutters replaced after 25+ years on a single-family home, and picked Signature Roofing after reviewing quotes from a couple of well-recommended suppliers. Their quote was higher, but they were much better able to explain options, discuss alternatives, and make recommendations that we believed.

The work was done extremely well - including fixing up some old rotted woodwork, bolstering some sagged rafters, adding venting, and reusing our existing (slightly strange) downspouts. There was one small hiccup we encountered on the first rain, which they fixed within a day - probably due to a bad original install of a skylight (i.e., not their fault).

The re-roofing experience with Signature Roofing was great. I would highly recommend them. They planned well ahead, started and finished in a few days and promised, and provided an estimate of work and potential extra costs up front, and no extra costs were incurred. Cleaned up well afterwards. Would highlight recommend.

From the initial quote to the conclusion of the job, Signature Roofing did en excellent re-roofing job on a duplex I own in San Mateo. Tenants were very appreciative of the cleanup everyday. I was kept informed about the job both during and before the job even began as to what to expect each day. I highly recommend this company for any roof work.

Working with PJ and George was a great experience. I generally have reservations working with contractors, worried about them up selling or finding "issues" that would result in a higher price at the end. Not with Signature! They were very honest with what I needed, and even said I didn't need more expensive add-ons that I was curious about. During the actual job, their work crews were very efficient and cleaned up well everyday. I definitely recommend them for your roofing needs.

Good customer service, quality work. Our roof was actively leaking and damaging the house during the rainy season, so they scheduled us in as quickly as they could, and helped us with temporary workarounds to mitigate the leak until they could re-roof our house. I very much appreciated their work ethic, and their follow-up to ensure that we were satisfied with their work.
