Dr Yogita has been treating my special needs son for a couple years now. She is awesome! Before her my son had never been able to even sit in a dentist chair. Now he can sit, let her examine his teeth and even clean them! She understands his unique needs and works with him to meet them. I highly recommend her.

I like coming here because I like how they treat my kids and their patient with them. Also the staff are really nice.

To be fair I am updating a review I did a couple of months ago.
After having a conversation with people in charge of this non profit, my latest experience has been improved specially with the girls who are in the costumer service. They are super busy, and most of the time that is the main reason why the phone is always busy. Based on my experience what I would recommend is whenever you have a question become inquisitive, it is your mouth, your body, and do not stop until you have an answer. Do this in a respectful way, not in a defensive way, and you will become familiar with the dental treatment you are getting.

Very bad service. Wait in line for 5 hours.

Don't go to this dental clinic to get a night guarder. First, the night guarder they make makes it impossible to close your mouth after wearing it. Second, the material they use is not colorless and non-toxic plastic. Third, the doctor is trying to trick you into accepting it. After that, no matter whether you are satisfied or suitable, you are no longer responsible. Fourth, if you state at the front desk of the clinic that the night guarder is not suitable and ask for a return, they will falsely accuse you and make you angry.
Because their clinic will not let you know their workmanship and materials before they perform night guarder on you. There are no samples for you to choose from. They deceive a person into being a person. So as long as they do it, no matter what inferior materials, low-level technology, whether it is suitable for you and whether you are satisfied with it, you have to accept it.

I had an emergency with my tooth. When I call to make an appointment or see if they can help me since I am related to Hay, they tell me then look for another place that can help you because we can't help you. and I with a pain 😡

It doesn't work, the ladies who are serving outside don't feel like working, they should go to staff. They never have space. I've been wanting to make an appointment since 2017 and they never have space. I think what they don't feel like is working and formally serving people. q Thanks to us they have a salary if clients will not arrive there Maybe until they close that clinic bad service and I would like to do until the last thing so that this is heard and they have a little attitude.

Not very friendly. Make it impossible to be seen unless you are literally dying.

We have been waiting for an appointment for almost one year. I am calling for an emergency appointment for 10 days, and they say call on Monday, Tuesday, etc. We will call you back, leave a message. Noone calls back. At this time my doughter is crying at home because of toothpain, and she has a big swelling in her gum. Please help people with no income, and also inform your staff. When I call the front desk, they say call for an emergency app. on Tuesday, and I am calling on Tuesday leaving a message. Waiting for calling back until Friday. I call on Friday again, and they say please call on Monday for an app. :(((

I really want to say I love this place, or just my Dr! My doctor is super sweet. Aside from that, the service for the dental department is horrible, including the one inside the the medical clinic. They never answer the phone so I feel like they purposely let people get three missing appointments so they won’t help them anymore. That’s sad. I called a day before left a voicmail , like they told me to do, and they still counted that as a miss, which they said it wouldn’t! I see a lot of new workers coming in and out, that says a lot about the clinic. I don’t think they can keep them. Something is clearly wrong. This medial & dental department needs to focus on the community and the patients, not the workers so much. THE NEEDS OF THE PATIENTS. Hope you guys can get your service together!

The inside of my upper lip was 'accidently' cut. It was so PAINFUL. No apologies even when I confronted her about it. Let alone I was 5 months pregnant with my son. Do not trust these people. And dont get me started on at the receptionist area. Completely unprofessional.

If you could go somewhere else do so... Don't waste your time or energy on this place. They told me I'll be seen to do dental work in April then they told me June... Like really!!! They really have no compassion for any of the patients and treat you like you don't matter! This place is sad and need new staff.

I have been waiting for 2 hours and stepped outside for 5 minutes and they called in then, but when I told them that I’m back they want me to wait again.. terrible customer service!
