DXL Big + Tall

Kim helped us out today and, 10/10. She was absolutely amazing! We walked in looking for a suit and she knew what she was doing! Right away she was pulling items and got EXACTLY what we needed. We spent maybe 20 minutes in the store and left so happy! Thank you Kim!

Excellent service and very in tune with customer needs. I dread, DREAD buy clothes - suits/coats in particular. I just want to get in and get out! Wow, the lady who helped me out completely understood that and we moved right to the finish line within minutes!! I had what I came for in under 7 minutes and was on my way. PERFECT!

Such great customer service! I'm getting married, and my fiancee and I were desperately looking for a suit that fit me. We had been to several stores and manufacturers. Very quickly, the nice people at DXL were able to help me find my correct measurements, and we even found a suit that fit me so well that it barely even needs to be tailored. Such incredible service and I will be back again soon!

Based on the manager. Kim is always awesome and the only reason we shop there. Always super helpful and respects my space if I need it but always there to take my clothes up to the register while I continue to shop. She’s helped us for many years and is ALWAYS a pleasure to deal with. Otherwise I don’t shop in your stores unless absolutely necessary because most staff in other locations don’t respect my space when I tell them if I need them I’ll let them know and they still continue to get in my space so i no shop elsewhere after that but she’s known me for years now and knows I need my space after an initial greeting and lets me know whenever I’m ready she’s available and will periodically check in with me and I love her for that. I don’t feel pressured and she’s passed that on to her staff about me too lol it’s always a pleasurable shopping experience with her and that’s why you guys still have my business . No joke

Although I have only been in the Spokane Valley store a handful of times, the manager there recognizes me.. She knows how I like to shop and never makes me feel like a BIG guy. Just knows when to help and when to let you look.. Just wish I wasnt so far away or I would shop there more often!

The staff in the Spokane Valley location are AMAZING! Never any issues, and super helpful. I would steer clear of the Meridian Idaho location, I have been there two times and the staff are judgemental, and no help. You will try to go in for a specific item and they never help you find the item only point in the direction, they act like you are an inconvenience to them.

Maya’s assistance was remarkable. I felt very accepted and welcomed. She was also very helpful and kept everything light and happy. Truly a wonderful experience because of her. She made the store feel like a safe place and really knew what she was doing. She got my sizing down on the first try!

AMAZING customer service skills by Devanie. She not only was caring but also was good at making conversation and asked questions about what the clothes were for to help nail the correct look that I needed. At the end I was really anxious because I only had a certain amount of money in my account. The total ended up going over what I had and I was super bummed out. She ended up helping me out with a discount and brought my total to exactly what I had, and said "Merry Christmas" with a warm smile . I was so shocked I could not do anything but thank her over, and over again. She bagged my pants and shirt, came around the corner and gave me a huge hug, and wished me happy holidays again. I am so overwhelmed by the love and generosity that Devanie gave. Best service I have received in a long time. Hold onto this hard worker DXL. She is hard to come by.

A great store with a fantastic selection! I am both big and tall, so I'm very very thankful to have this place here where I can actually get stuff that fits. Honestly the only place in the Spokane area that I can hope to get pants or a belt in my size. And with a wide selection to choose from, just pushes this place over the top. Definitely not the cheapest place to shop, but once you get to be a guy my size, no place is!

Amazing experience...she nailed my husbands Suit coat and dress shirt size on the first try. It's nice having a place where clothing actually fits my giant husband. We will definitely be back!

The store is very clean, organized, and well stocked - a real rarity these days! The staff is helpful but not intrusive and very friendly. Loved the whole experience!

The service was great. I had to take several items back because they were the wrong size for my husband and they exchanged them without any problem. Kim was so gracious.

The sales representative was great with my grandson. She took time to help him find sizes and encouraged him to try things on. She was also complimentary toward him. I will definitely return to the store.

Kim the manager and Donna were very helpful. They listened to my wants and set out the items that i wanted to try on. I have wide feet and not that many stores that sell wide feet shoes in stores in Spokane was very happy with selection. I know the price that i paid was reasonable and i am hoping they will last me at least year or more.

Great store and service! Heather was so helpful. My husband and I had never been in the store before and weren't expecting personal service. She took his measurements and picked out a few outfits based on what he was looking for. We bought almost every piece she picked out and a couple items he found. We discovered a few other items that fit him so well that we'll definitely be back. Price might be a bit high, but it's good clothing and it all fits him so well. He hates clothes shopping, but he left the store feeling pretty good about his new clothes.

One of the best shopping experiences I've had in a long time. Kim was exceptionally on point, knowing my size without having to ask (I didn't even know my size).
Anyway, wish I could give more than 5 stars...
