I bought new shoes at Fleet Feet today! Customer service was excellent! When you shop here you are getting the full attention of the salesperson. The fitting exam is quick and painless. They ask excellent questions to get you into the right shoe. My feet are definitely happy!👣👣

After a less than great experience at a different store I was skeptical but I was greeted the moment I walked in the store and the experience as a whole was great. I even learned some things about my feet!

The wonderful lady who helped me (and I can’t remember her name unfortunately) knew exactly what I was after and was incredibly helpful, kind, patient, and knowledgeable.

I ended up with two pairs of shoes and a few pairs of socks, and all are great! Very pleased overall and I’d absolutely shop here again.

This is a great place. Associates are knowledgeable. We all had our feet scanned and then fitted with different inserts. My daughter has foot issues and they have helped so much. We even had a custom pair made for her soccer cleats and they were perfect!!! Highly recommend and doesn’t break the bank.

Stacy was fantastic. She helped me buy my first pair of running shoes 3 years ago and today she helped me pick a pair to replace my favorites that had been discontinued . Stacy listened to my needs and found me the perfect shoe

Just had an amazing experience at this location. Ask for Nicole if she is available. She was the best! Nicole was able to get both my wife and I set up in a new pair of great walking shoes. The store is a little bit bigger now and you have room to walk around and feel crowded with other customers. We will definitely be back to this shop. Very helpful and very patient crew they have here. Be Prepared to spend some money here, but it will be worth it.

Really appreciate the rad staff at Fleet Feet! They are so knowledgeable about the products they offer and which ones will best fit the needs and running goals of their customers. They offer additional support with reasonably priced running groups you can join. Anyone interested in upping their running game should check out Fleet Feet, do the foot scan, and reap the benefits of their knowledgeable staff and training groups!

I had a great experience at Fleet Feet. Fast, professional and a wide variety to choose from. They make sure you get your best fit and the right shoe for your needs. My sales associate Connor did an outstanding job helping me get what I needed.

Made an appointment for my daughter to get fitted for running shoes. They spent a great amount of time and detail to make sure she got the right shoes and insoles for her. Was very patient with my daughter and very kind. Love this place. Have been here before with my oldest daughter a year ago and they were great with her as well.

I wasn't picking good shoes for myself and decided to finally get the scan fit done here. I learned some things. It was helpful, and albeit I did end up spending quite a bit, on new shoes, insoles, amd socks.. I now know what type of shoes I actually need and I saved my scan for future reference. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I had never been in the Fleet Feet store but. I'm glad I did. My orthopedic specialist recommended Superfeet Orthodics for my right foot issues. I went in was seen immediately and she went through some testing as I walked on the pad. It has really been helpful and I purchased them. I also did not plan on purchasing shoes but I did that as well. Very nice people in the store.

I have adopted Fleet Feet Spokane Valley as my go to store for my running and walking needs. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming and have a thorough understanding of the needs of the customers they serve. My daughter and here husband are avid runners and they, too, have made Fleet Feet Spokane Valley their go-to store for their needs.

First time in, was very impressed. Staff were super helpful and friendly. We learned a lot and walked out with new products to help my son whose a new runner!

The staff listened to my issues, and what I needed to have corrected and quickly found inserts and shoes that addressed problems that I have had for several years. Additionally, unlike other some shoe stores, their inserts were reasonably priced their shoes were actually attractive and comfortable.

Have purchased three pairs of insoles. I was fitted on the first visit and will always go back! Such a relief for my feet. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable! I highly recommend this store.

Kari was so helpful. Love the shoes she suggested and the time she spent. Reminded me of when I was a child and went to a “real” shoe store and the person knew if the shoes actually were good for your feet and fit. Loved the socks I purchased as well. Loved everything about the experience. 👏👏

We were lucky enough to get a sales person who totally knew their product and we already knew which brand we wanted. She fitted my daughter with the correct size and brought out 2 color options. We laughed, we giggled, we loved our sales lady and we were in and out in 15 minutes. Great sense of humor and made the experience like an adventure.

Great experience at this location. I recently started suffering from plantar fasciitis and I was in the market for insoles. Tried fleet feet because they carried the insoles my foot doctor recommended. The sales rep was amazing! She recommended and fitted me for some insoles that I feel will help with my issues. She was super helpful and very patient. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new shoes, insoles, and much more!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good selection of shoes and the store is expanding for an even better selection. My daughter and I shop here regularly for shoes and insoles as we have difficult feet to fit.

I came to FF on recommendation from my rheumatologist and had a fantastic experience. There was no wait time and the FF team member that helped me out was very knowledgeable about their product offerings. He was able to find me the perfect shoe for my needs in my exact size.
