This is a great place for all types of Party decor. I needed Harry Potter ⚡ themed decorations and I easily found everything to throw a great party for a 6 year old's birthday. Hats, balloons 🎈, giant numbers 🔢, movie themed supplies, costumes, piñatas 🪅, and candy galore! This place is truly a 1 stop shop for all of your party supplies 🎉. Definitely give this place a chance to up your party game and you won't be disappointed. 🥳

I did both Mylar and latex balloons, and the red head girl told me the latex balloons would only last 8 hours!!?? Wrong..they have all lasted over two weeks now! Still beautiful! Learn your job girl!

Tons of costume and party stuff to choose from. Great selection of party favors, candy and balloons. Service is always awesome and it's a great location.

Just wanted to share my experience with the wonderful customer service I have received at Party City. They were amazing and offered to replace at no cost the balloon order that I had picked up and had blown out of my car when I opened my trunk. It was a very windy day and I tried to catch them but just couldn't. I fully expected to pay for another order of balloons so their kindness took me by surprise and made my day!

Contrary to some other comments regarding rude or lazy employees, I had a great experience. Spent a bit of time there and was pleasantly surprised by the array of items and great pricing.
I definitely will be coming through this store again when in need of fun props or party items.
Bit of a drive from CDA, but still worth it in my opinion.

I bought some coloring books for my granddaughters. Can't beat the price of $1.25. Its a great resource for all your party needs. The employees were very helpful and friendly.

Super friendly but they find ways to tack on extra costs. Make sure to activately pay attention to what the packages say they include or you'll end up paying more then expected. However, they are pretty awesome and have a pretty great selection of stuff to look at and move through.

At this location they run out of certain selections quickly the attendant told me. That's because they are the main location for the area and they have to wait for new shipments. If your wanting something super particular it would be a good idea to make sure you get it a bit early and not do same or day before party shopping. However if you aren't picky they will have a good amount of backup options.

The employees say, "welcome to the party!" When you enter and, "Thanks for partying with us!" When you leave which is kinda cool lol. No one seems to openly hate their jobs.

This is a nice store for party supplies..well stocked and employees are nice here

My sons best friend was hit and killed by a policeman and on the anniversary of his death i went there to get a huge bunch of teal balloons for all of us to release with messages on them ...i told the lady only teal and lots of them,when she asked why i told her...when i went to pay she said nope, its on me...she wouldn't accept any money...made me cry.. great store. Great lady...♡

Even though they are very busy, they took their time to help us reach something on the very top shelf. They greet you when you come in and they make sure that they have orders correct and done on time.

I came here tonight to pick out decorations for my sons 3rd bday. They seemed very busy and possibly a little short staffed. I did have to wait for my balloons to get blown up but it wasn’t too long. The manager Chris was there juggling multiple positions and made it a point to come to me and let me know he was going to get to my balloons right away!! That says a lot that he came out of his way to let me know I’m noticed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I found exactly what I needed with some help 🥰🙌🏻🎉🎂

I came in right before it closed like the exact type of people I hate and to find out I ordered my balloons from the wrong location. The manager was so helpful and kind even though he had to stay later. I greatly appreciated it and it made my best friend's graduation perfect!

They work hard to keep it organized and it shows. Vaun has helped me a few times there and is always nice to deal with. I love the order online and pick up option!

Great store everything you need to decorate for an awesome party. Go now they have everything you can think of. Balloons, games, toys, candy, plates, table cloths, if it's for a party they got it. Go, go now you won't go anywhere else after your visit. ♥♥ this store. 100% recomend

How can you not love this place? Everything is arranged by color and has everything you could possibly want for a party or an occasion. The staff is always friendly and helpful. it also wasn't very busy which surprised me I was able to check out as soon as I was ready.

Horrible snow, ice and "slush" storm but I needed a few decorations to welcome home my daughter and my newborn granddaughter ! The store was closing in 15 min but the young lady (who was extremely helpful) was patient, kind and "un-rushed" ! She made me feel welcomed ! I'm a happy customer !

Just went in to use the restroom but the lady up front was real nice. We have party city in California and we go there all the time for party balloons and more.

A young gal helped me today She went above and beyond for my request. She had piercings and was a cashier (other stuff) person. This was at about 1:30 on Friday! Wish I could remember her name!

Great variety. Went their for one specific item and the friendly knowledgeable employee took us right to the item. We will go back for party supplies.
