Jayson is one of the most helpful stuff I've ever encountered in all printing place I've been too. I was freaking out and I needed help for a last minute poster print out for my wedding and doesn't really know what to do. I felt so embarrassed for asking too much questions and taking so much time to decide on stuff but he is so patient and knowledgeable and so very helpful the entire visit and was happy to do his job and took his time to really help, without rushing and paying into every detail till we got it all figure out.

Deanna in printing gave me exceptional customer service. She was so kind, personable and helpful with my project (which was a large PDF turned into a bound book) and ensured that I was happy with the format and layout and everything else before completing the project. I was extremely happy with my final product and it was very affordable which is always a plus too!

I'm working with a non-profit organization, Liberty Lake Neighbors for Trails on a banner and business cards. There is a lot of art and photos involved. Staples people have been wonderful to deal with. They are tech savvy and very customer oriented. Dakota and Deanna are the best. Thanks again for jobs very well done.

Staples is always my go to I found item’s I haven't even thought of for calendars and organizing. Plus i love the clearance stuff

I have been a Staples customer since it opened years ago. The associates are very helpful, and I can find what I want. If they don't have it, they gladly order it for me.

I send all of my printing here and pick up items I need when the printing is ready. The staff is friendly, the store is clean and well organized and the printing is fantastic at a great price.

I am happy with the dry board calendar that Deanna helped pick out! Her customer service was outstanding. First time visit in any Staples store. Will definitely return and recommend to others.

I have had the pleasure of working with Jack in the Printing center for the past few years. He has always been helpful and gotten my projects done in a timely matter which is very important for my art practice. The entire Staples team every time I have gone in have been very friendly and welcoming and literally welcome me to the store every time I set foot in it. I no longer live in the valley but I drive to that one instead of go to the places in Spokane because I know how well I will be treated. Thank you all for your help over the years especially Jack because I’ve needed stuff turned around pretty quickly more than once. Keep up the excellent customer service everyone :-)

Staples in Spokane Valley is the only store I use for business services. The staff is outstanding!

Sent a print job in via their website. It was done on time and it took me 5 minutes to run in and pick it up. This should be an industry standard of service but I have found that some of Staples competitors fail to grasp that their customers value their time. Thanks for remembering some basic customer service!
