Teaspoon Campbell

I would describe Teaspoon Campbell as an integral pillar of the Pruneyard. This location opened in 2018, and has maintained a steady flow of business in addition to quite a loyal base of customers. These facts become apparent to anyone who visits this location - it is clean, the staff are wonderful, and the service is of one of the highest tiers possible.

I started coming here when they opened five years ago nearly everyday after school to pick up my favorite drink, the liquid gold, and five years later that trend continues when I'm in town in between my collegiate semesters.

In a complex that possesses a somewhat high turnover rate in terms of businesses/restaurants, it's quite obvious why this establishment in particular has stood the test of time, and it all comes down to a set of owners who are committed day and night to ensure the best possible experience for all customers. This is one of the key factors that sets this Teaspoon location in particular apart from the other franchise locations, and as a result it stands as a testament to the types of achievements possible when the owner/management places a committed, well-intentioned personal touch on a day-to-day basis.

The drinks that my daughter and I purchased were quite delightful! We ordered a Thai tea and strawberry sangria, and it was the best tea I've ever had in a long time. We also ordered a macaroon that tasted like heaven melting in my mouth. I recommend this to people who love a good tasting treat! 😋

I love Teaspoon and come to the place often. Usually I go there for their collaboration with BABA (Bay Area BTS Army) for their cup sleeve event. 💜

I have their app to get boba tea, and have gotten free rewards and free drinks. I can't say how fast and easy it is to order my drink before I head out and get my drink fast and easy.

Thanks to everyone who works for Teaspoon, ya'll the real MVP. You got a for lifer customer. 😆

P.S. The only reason why I gave a 4 star for the service is the stupid door. You have to wave your had over some sensor and sometimes you get locked in because I'm so used to pushing the door to get out and because you have to wave your hand to the sensor to get out. I have been stuck before and had to have a staff member MacGyver it and get me out.

Their boba is amazing. Me and my cousin got the simple Thai tea boba , and it was the best I've ever had! And ive been to lots of boba places. All of the drinks are so delicious <3

First I love the unique Teaspoon drinks. Second I wanted a strawberry sangria. I was glad they had the ingredients in stock. It was very tasty! I highly recommend this drink! This store also sells mochi donuts and mochi muffins. I never tried them before, so we got a passionfruit mochi donut and chocolate mochi muffin. The passionfruit donut was very flavorful but it wasn't very mochi and seemed overbaked. However, the chocolate mochi muffin was amazing! It was soft and the middle was soft! I was so glad we tried it. I recommend it! Also the cashier was really nice! I appreciate that!
Update 9/4/22: This tea shop and location have consistent quality. We come here when we're in the area. This time I got a strawberry sangria and a raspberry mojito (seasonal). The former has black tea. The latter has no tea. Both very fruity!

My favorite boba tea shop to go to anytime I come over the hill always amazing boba (the boba is on the softer side which I love but I know some people like them more firm)

I have only been to Teaspoon-Campbell twice and both times I received excellent service. I ordered online and this feature is just sooo convenient because you can schedule the date and time of pick up, and all my orders have been made right on time. The staff are amazing and friendly. Ambiance is pretty cool too. Keep up the great service!

My kids and I finished the drinks before we took photos. All that is left are the cute koala pin from a recent promotion for purchases $25.00 or more, and the macarons. If we opened the macarons, they would disappear, too.

I ordered the Matcha Royale drink with 0% sugar and the egg pudding topping. My kids ordered the Sweet Marshmallow drink with the non lactose and 25% sweetness options and the Lychee On Lychee drink with the Peach Boba as an additional topping and 50% sweetness options. You can adjust the sweetness level for some of the drinks, and include notes for food allergies.

Damn this boba is so good! The tea tastes amazing, and the boba is just the right amount of chewy and sweet. I've had the house milk tea, creamy Jasmine (warm! Yum), and the liquid gold, and all have been fantastic.

Boba texture is very good and consistent from one visit to the next. Great customer service and relatively quick service when order in-house (no exp ordering online) About 4 tables if you want to sit inside or plenty of space to roam around the Pruneyard also.

Skip the classics go for the signature. I went with the strawberry Colada which was basically a mix of a pina colada and strawberry daiquiri. Pretty sweet so asked for less sweet and it was just fine. Loved my Asian wife’s passion fruit watermelon drink as well. Good but not the best boba we’ve had so go here for unique flavors, juices and teas.

Finally writing a review for this place! Took me awhile, after a few visits upon trying a few of their drinks. For the longest time, I've been meaning to find a place that caters to my tastebuds by asking whether or not I want my drink sweetened, less ice, no ice, light on the sweetness level, etc. After finding out this place is nearby from where I live, I can't stop coming here.

Every visit, they provide two different samples of their tea for you to try. Usually, I end up liking their roasted oolong creama. I know, a lot of caffeine. Since I'm not much of a coffee person, I like this type of flavored tea the most.

I've already tried their Taro Lover, Roasted Oolong Black Tea, Lychee on Lychee, Grasshopper, Rose Petal Crema, and Paradise Lime. If I wanted a non-caffeinated drink, I'd go with the Taro or Paradise Lime. However, if I want something with caffeine and tasty, I'd go with the Rose Petal Crema or Grasshopper.

Like any other places, you can adjust sweetness and ice level here. Plus, they accept 5 stars! Woot!

Would I come back?! Yes!!

Service was quick and the bathrooms were cleanly, be aware teaspoon is a luxury boba shop with higher prices than average

Out of all the boba shops in the South Bay, Teaspoon is one of my favorites. They have plenty of vegan options; you can replace milk/cream with Oat/Almond milk in every drink. My go-to drink is the Matcha Royale with Strawberries and Oatmilk. It has really cute layers, and the strawberries add sweetness so I don’t add any extra sugar!

Very excited to finally have a boba spot in the Pruneyard. There are plenty of coffee shops nearby so this is a nice added option. A friend had the virgin mojito and liked it a lot. The tea itself was very tasty, the honey boba were a bit sweet and it had limes and mint in it. My very basic jasmine green tea was refreshing and not too sweet, though I'd bump up to 50% sweetness from 25% next time. A little bit expensive but not much different than a cup of coffee, making it a nice occasional treat.

Usually I come here when there are K-pop events (since I don't live in/near San Jose) so I have limited experiences, but when I'm here, they handle crowds and orders effortlessly every time. Every worker is kind and efficient and takes care of each customer. Their boba is also delicious, and they fulfill my 50% sugar order properly each time.

Would I come back: OF COURSE!!!!!!

Boba:

Peach Mojito with Honey Boba and Almond Pudding - 5/5 - So I have to say this is the benchmark for me. The flavor is absolutely AMAZING in my opinion. The toppings here are also slightly different compared to other boba shops I have been to. Perhaps it's the almond pudding. Didn't know about this location so I found it by surprise.

Service: 4/5 - Friendly staff.

Ambiance: 4/5 - It's a cute spot if you want to have a sit and chat but seating is limited. The little strip mall is a cute atmosphere though.

I got the honeycomb banana milk tea. Delicious, a bit too sweet but you can adjust the sweetness

One of my favorite Boba Tapioca Pearl Tea Shops in the South Bay area love the Lychee tea,Thai iced tea and Purple Yam Ube tea so creamy sweet smooth and delicious!
