Tim and his entire team have been so wonderful to us! Our washer flooded our condo and through the entire process Tim and his team checked in with us. Any time we had issues with the insurance adjuster or the contractor we used, Tim was there to advocate for us. In the end they took the best care of us. I have never been taken care of with an insurance company as they have. I can’t recommend them enough!!! We have our homeowners, car and life insurance through them. Thanks again, Tim!!

We love Tim Lane. He's very friendly and personable. His office has been helpful the few times I've needed to call, and when my husband had a fender bender he was delighted that they asked if he was okay before getting to the nitty-gritty.

Upon moving to Spokane Valley I stumbled on their office and was very happy with the service and pricing at that time over a year ago. Flash forward to now still a happy client. Never any issues and I recently went back in to update my life insurance. While there I curious about adding my husband to the policy. After hearing the quote we immediately cancelled his current one and switched him over to State farm with Tim saving us $100! I highly recommend Tim and his staff! Recently we had a loss of property that involved 2 separate claims. Tim Lane’s office was there immediately offering help throughout the process of dealing with the corporate office. Any time we had questions or concerns they would get an answer within a few hours instead of days. Someone from their office called us weekly just to check what the progress was, you will always receive great customer service and friendly helpful staff at Tim Lane State Farm Insurance.

I love the fact that I was able to get the policy that I was looking for. The agent was very helpful and was able to speak to me in common language so I could understand the policy I was getting. But no health insurance. That was the main reason for me to go there. Overall a 4 and a half star experience.
