10/10 experience, made an emergency appointment and had the best dental experience of my life, they were accommodating, explained everything, patient, gentle, and just overall super understanding when i explained to them that I have had bad dental experiences in the past and I left with a completely different outlook. Will recommend to everyone I know. Will be coming back.

I am always pleased when I go here. The staff are always helpful and professional. Maria, Sylvia, Gina, Abi, Edith, Susi are great. And Dr. Anandhi is excellent, professional. dentist and I know my teeth are in good hands. I have no dental insurance but they accept Care Credit for charges $200+. Care Credit immediately so I pay them back. It allows me to get the care I need. I get some of the necessary needed work that I can afford. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Willow Family Dentistry is a great place to get your teeth checked. The staff are welcoming, and professional. They give you follow up calls to check on the process of whatever procedure you had. I truly like this place because I never felt any pain.

I just had a root canal at Willow Family Dentistry and would like to say that it was totally painless. Besides the anesthesia injections, the experience was excellent. The staff is extremely friendly, informative and professional.

Let me also mention I had 3 teeth extracted same day without an appointment. Not many places will do that and especially with the care and detail they put into their practice.

With a helpful, patient and kind staff, Dr. Anandhi and Willow Family Dentistry do an excellent job. Dr. A is highly skilled and excellent at what she does. We are very grateful she has done the tooth extractions for my son. Both times, he has healed beautifully and had a quick healing experience.

Me and my wife, Nirmal Niwas, are going there for last 17 years. Dr. Anandhi ( we use her first name ) treats us as family members. Other patients must also be having the same feeling. She is very competent . All her staff members are very friendly like her.

It seems like a sketchy little dental office in Menlo Park, but once you make it in through their front door you loose all feelings of fear. The staff are really nice, professional and pay close attention to everyone that comes through. I’ve always been afraid of the Dentist, so I don’t go as often as I should, when I do need to go to the Dentist, I always come back here. They always welcome me back, they’re sad I don’t come more often, but they are very understanding. They move really quickly here and try to accommodate my every need. I had a tooth extracted, the Dentist came in numbed me, and mived quickly enough to extract my broken tooth, I forgot to mention that I was also a last minute addition to their already busy day, and they still fit me in, provided me with everything I needed with pain meds and they called to check on me day after too. Only Dental office in Menlo Park I would go to!***** They do a great job every time.

All around fabulous from scheduling, COVID protocols, expertise & super friendly staff. This was my first visit & was happy they were able to accommodate me for what I needed on the day and in the future. I especially like that they are straight forward & helpful.
