Best company around! We have used their services dry cleaning, laundry and alterations for over 20 years! Just moved and had a horrible experience with Press-Rite in Redwood City! Press-Rite damaged my husbands shirt and blamed his deoderant on the damage- strange because they laundered 9 other shirts that didn't get damaged and he uses the same deodorant with each shirt. We miss Town & Country Cleaners and may just have to make the drive to them from the Redwood City area.

I’ve relied on Town and Country cleaners for many years.They always do a wonderful job and their costumer service is kind and gracious. I would recommend them to anyone!!

I dropped my Patagonia jacket off to get cleaned a couple Mondays ago and picked it up the following Saturday. When I came to pick it up and the lady working there said she couldn’t clean it because it was damaged. I looked at the cuff and it looked like it was burned (which it wasn’t when I brought it in). I asked why they didn’t call me to let me know, they didn’t say anything. Clearly didn’t think their lie through.

To the owners, take responsibility when you make a mistake. To damage someone’s belongings and have the nerve to blame it on them is childish. You people are grown adults running a business. Continuing with this adolescent behavior and you will lose the trust of your customers. That is how you go out of business.
