The UPS Store

The staff is so attentive and helpful. The two young associates named Jay and Dimitri are always ready to assist. When I had a heavy pack, they helped me out of the car and placed it on the desk. I always bring my packages here. Thank you all for performing your job professionally with the right attitude.

The employees were kind and thoughtful. I saw regular customers who knew them and were happy to see him. The notary was competent and patient.

I was returning some products to Amazon. The staff was super friendly and helped me to pack the packages; they even provided me with some free boxes. The Store was clean, and free parking was available. I highly recommend it.

Not sure when this store came under a new owner or management but it is 1000x better than before. I live a few blocks away and would go to Foster City for the UPS store. Everyone I've interacted with in the last 2 months has been very helpful, courteous and friendly!

Super awesome staff that were so helpful! I came in to drop off a package right before opening time and the nice staff member was right there to help. It was smooth and gave me ample time to head to the Airport.

I love this store. The manager is so friendly, competent and a Notary Public. Most UPS stores nearby advertise they have a Notary Public, but the one who is never seems to be there. This fellow is ALWAYS there!

This is my go to UPS store. Kelly is amazing and helpful. She followed up w/ me multiple times when I had a complicated situation. Simply great customer service!

I drop off packages here after work. It's a super fast drop off station with a scan and go workflow. The people are nice and do their best to help you ship any package

Update: I’ve been back a couple of times now, and I’m happy to say that things are much improved. I’ve been able to accomplish my business which even included using the notary public who was very helpful. The disgruntled employee has not been seen again.

There were two employees working here when I came to drop off a package. The younger one seemed nice and helpful and friendly but the older tall Asian male was the one who processed my return. He was not customer service oriented at all. Even though I was the first in line he took other customers before me and made the process as difficult as possible. He did not communicate clearly. Overall I left with a bad taste in my mouth, it was completely unnecessary. Sure, it took me an extra 10 seconds to pull up the code on my phone, but that is not an excuse for his obstinacy. The chances are good I will use another UPS store next time I need to return something.
