Quick and easy service.

I went to this office at 1:18 this pm and to my surprise that office is close which should be 2pm. Few months back i went same office about 12:35 pm office is open.I tell the lady hi Bo that i taught they open at 1. pm and the lady said so she can go home at 1:30 pm instead of 2 pm. Hope the office can put drop in mail box outside. Just reminder from concern citizen . Thank you

I had a terrible experience with bad service and rude staff when I went for my daughter's passport renewal appointment. The lady in charge insisted that BOTH parents needed to be present, even though I later discovered that only one parent being there is sufficient. It felt like a complete abuse of power!

Agree with all previous terrible reviews! It’s supposed to be open for 4 hours 10-2pm, but had a sign saying closed for lunch until 12:45pm.
That’s ridiculous! I’m not sure how staffing of this place works or how this individual is getting paid, but if you can’t go 4 hours without taking a lunch break, there’s something seriously wrong with this situation!

I work close and no matter what time it is this place is never open 11 am yesterday closed 1 pm the day before it was closed this has been like this for a year or more

Scummiest place I have ever unfortunately had to interact with. I used to live in a different mail district and had no issues. Now, my packages come slashed, I’ve had multiple packages (EXPENSIVE ones too) that require signature that I’ve scheduled for pickup and they have lost them and there’s “nothing they can do.” If you have any say, use ANY other mail service or post office.

Horrible service
Went there yesterday to pick up a package
Dude said it will be deliver tomorrow
Then why it says on the usps tracking that I could pick it up ???
Waisted my time

I showed up at 1PM and they weren't opened...Stop misleading people that you're open when you're not...

What kind of useless post office is only open 4 hours a day and doesn't even have a drop box to drop off prepaid letters at? Worthless!

What the heck is the matter with postal employees not knowing the rules and regulations of a federal building aka post office!

I went at 1 and it was closed already !!! This place is horrible

Closed at 1230 even though Hours says open till 2pm

Closed at 11:40 am…
