I came in on a Monday mid-morning & there was barely any line. The worker was quick, efficient, & friendly. The environment was clean & organized. I found what I wanted & was on my way in minutes.

I've always had a good experience at this post office. Staff are helpful and efficient. This post office is at least as good as any other I've been to, and I've moved around quite a bit, so I've had a lot to compare to! There's often a line, but they keep it moving -- I think waiting in line is just part of the post office experience in the U.S. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews; maybe people's expectations are too high.

Fast, friendly, helpful service. I was amazed at how cheap it was to send my package to San Diego. Hooray for the USPS!

Always short-staffed. Self-service machine broken at Christmas time. Dirty entry

This post office seems to be very understaffed for its capacity. I have gone at all hours of the day and there is almost always a line out the door. They get the job done but you usually have to wait 20 minutes at least. Not sure why they don't hire more people, it's a large space. There are maybe four kiosks and usually only one or two people are working.

No stamps , no cash , long line .

Unhappy employees, repeatedly less than helpful

One of the worst post offices I have ever gone to. completely inept staff that have no idea what is going on. You have one job how can you be so bad at it?

I had a few questions about when my held mail would be resumed and the worker briefly gave me a canned answer and then looked around me to help the next person in line before I was finished. I understand the urgency to serve other customers quickly, but when I made it clear that I had more questions, he made it even more clear that he was not going to help me.

I've been on the phone to Post Office for 30 minutes, and no one has bothered to pick up the phone. Somehow "service" got lost in USPS.

Really hot day. Really long line. Only two front desk clerks. Only one computer out of four works.

My mail has been lost or stolen countless times and CS is poor at best. This place f**king sucks.

Not open on time, and one of the staff members makes a difficult process out of polite, simple requests.
