Dianna designed my new kitchen and Brian managed the remodel. They were always very punctual, easy to work with and I am very impressed with the quality of the work. They knew exactly what I wanted and needed and they stayed in my budget. I enjoyed working with them and their crew. Always clean, polite and respectful of my home and showed up on time. After the project was done we were so pleased we even had them come back and redo our floors in the house! Great construction company, happy we went with them.

I had Genuin kitchen and bath do some work for me in my home, they put up dust barriers where they were working so the rest of my home would stay clean and they cleaned up the work area by the end of the day. I am happy with the results with the finished work and will use them again for the next job that I have plans to do.

Genuine Custom Homes has been working on a kitchen remodel project for my house for some time now, and I am waiting for them to demonstrate expertise and professionalism in their service. They are supposed to be great but I do not agree yet. Their work has been poor to say the least. I am hoping they will turn-around the project status and make my house be a safe place to live for my family and the kids.

This contractor has lack of quality, carelessness and provides false statements. I specifically asked that I need a licensed plumber and electrician to remodel my kitchen but despite these folks agreeing to my request in front of me, they asked general laborers to take care of these things. They even asked me not to be in my house while the work was undergoing so I could not even provide any feedback. Their team did a poor job of plumbing that led to flooding in my house.

I had such a bad experience working with them. WORST CONTRACTORS EVER!!!
