Nordstrom Rack

Last week I had Vicky help me and she was fantastic!!! I had to return damaged shoes, and even though I had the receipt, I had made the mistake of taking the tags off, so technically, I hadn't met the requirements for a refund.
She was helpful, polite, and accommodating. She gave great customer service, and because of her working with me, I ended up staying and doing more shopping. Moving forward, I learned my lesson in not taking tags off until I am 100% sure I am keeping my purchases. I am grateful for her helpfulness!

This store is awesome. I always have fun shopping here.

Great selection online, amazing deals and whatever you don’t like can be returned in person.

An amazing selection of shoes, generally priced from $50 to $100. Has a rotating selection of other products at checkout, such as a one-time stock of discount OPI nail polish that was replaced by a new brand with interesting colors for only $4.

So much cleaner that the rack in San Leandro and the manager Ann was amazingly helpful she just looked at my son and not only did she predict his size spot on she pulled cloths from different racks that she knew he would like and would look good on him. She found things we would have never thought of and even though I only wanted to spend $200 the items she found that were on clearance the savings was so good that we ended up spending over twice my budget because it was too good to pass up. If not for Ann we might not have bought anything because he is a terrible shopper and doesn't like what I like on him. He loved everything she picked, so thank you Ann I will be back with my daughter and you can help her too!!

Very convenient spot beside IKEA. Ample number of parking spots and a lot of stuff at a reasonable price if you spend some time finding it!

Ok,but I had selected some fancy hair clips for my granddaughter, the sales clerk knocked some items off the counter, so when I emptied my bag, they were among the missing! It made me ssd.

Nordstrom Rack is a great place for deals. One of my favorite places for shoes especially when it's on clearance. Of course it's a discount clothing store so you won't be able to find all the sizes or styles but that's what to be expected.

Nice stuff at very decent prices. Bought too many things here. Beware of this place, if you're a compulsive shopper, but you already know that. Just bought me lots of stuff here again. I just can't stop.

A really good place to shop for bargains. The store is laid out well and there are lots of clothing to peruse. I always come away with several good buys. The shoe department is s bit disappointing but overall worth my time.

Great customer service. Its really nice to know if you ever have a problem that the store manager cares about her customers and is there to help. I love Nordstrom and really like good service. 5 Stars for the best in customer service.

Surprisingly large with a much larger selection than others I've visited. Bought some sunglasses in a style that my girlfriend was looking for but was unable to find anywhere. That alone was worth the trip!

Great store but it gets crowded fast, if you don't want to spend too long in line, get there when it opens. Also useful because it will be less of a mess.

The dressing rooms are open. They have tons of clothes. Not crowded at all. Multiple cash registers open. Be safe & Social distance. 🤎

This Nordstrom's Rack is a little cleaner and more organized than some of the others I have been to. I live between 2 of them the other is Nordstrom Rack Serramonte Center but the one in East Palo Alto I feel has better finds.

Fantastic clothes and shoe selection. Some prices were fantastic and some were pricey.
It was the thrill of the hunt. I wish they stocked picture frames.

Having shopped at most of the Rack stores in the Bay, this one is one of the best (between this and Westgate) based on size of store/selection, though can get a bit crowded given the central location on the Peninsula. If it's a busy weekend, I may make the trek to Westgate, but if you're mid/upper peninsula, EPA will have much more to choose from than Daly City/Serramonte store.

I shop here almost everyday and thanks to Catherine I always find what I'm looking for!! 👍 She's polite and super helpful.

The best deals are here, great choice of designer shoes , if you spent some time you will always find the happiness here . I love Rag & Bone and Joy's jeans and never found better prices than there
