Legit the best post office I’ve ever been to in my life. Most helpful staff and super nice even with dumb questions.

I had my first time sending something, I was little nervous because I’m still learning English and I didn’t really know how it works.
People here were so nice and polite with me, patient and respectful. The person who helped me was really kind and he was doing his job step by step always with a smile in the face.
I came back last week and was the same, I think they really do a great job here and I want to tell them that they are doing amazing, good service and friendly staff.

Who leaves a 5 star rating for a post office? It's that amazing! Ed is the man. Super helpful customer service all around. I've stood in post office lines for hours over the years because of my job and this place never lets me down.

Everyone there is so helpful everytime. Ed is especially helpful. Pedro and the asian lady are great too. I can't remember everyone's name, but I'm there often. Incredibly helpful staff!

It's a post office. It's pretty standard. The staff are generally very helpful and patient. I have never been here when it was "busy". The most I recall is 2-3 people in line ahead of me.
One negative is the parking isn't very good. There is a handful of awkwardly placed spots. If parking is a concern for you, there is more parking at the north end.

A nice post office with great people and good service. But parking here can be problematic since their lot is shared with an apartment building. One other thing to keep in mind is the ship time. If you want a little quicker shipping then use the upper Pacifica office. Otherwise the Linda Mar office is perfect for most all your Post Office needs.

Employee stole item to be shipped. Dropped off item and asked them to pack and ship. When it arrived at the destination, it was empty.
