Banfield Pet Hospital

I don't know how good this review is. But we've never been to Banfield for their services. However, our fury baby passed away Saturday night in the middle of the night and Banfield. Was there early in the morning Sunday?
To help us out with our sad situation. The other places we called wanni 900 to a $1000 to help us out. So I guess this review is for the people that lose their furry. Babies and don't know what to do I suggest to give banfield a call. NINA WE LOVE YOU 😢❤

I love Banfield but just wish I didn't have to go all the way to San Jose to get care for my babies. I live in Sunnyvale and I enjoyed going to the one in Sunnyvale and Mountain View because it's close. The staff members at the San Jose location are great just a bit to far for me. I also wish that the monthly coverage plan covered more. Other than that Banfield is great thanks for caring for my babies.

Took my cat for a full comprehensive exam, these type of exams usually take about 1/2 of the day to complete, even thou I was about 10 mins late, they still took my cat for his appointment. Team Banfield at Coleman, you all rock!!! 🤘🤘

Always a friendly staff and have taken care of our foster dogs with professionalism and promptness

Our dog was stung on or in the mouth by a bee (I only saw his reaction and the bee after our dog backed away from it, so don’t know where it got him exactly), and in spite of the Benadryl tablet I gave him within 10 minutes of the sting, he began decompensate. About 15-20 minutes post sting, he was slinking his head and body closer to the ground and breathing strangely from his mouth instead of his nose. I grabbed him and rushed him to the closest vet clinic to our apartment which was Banfield. When I carried him in to their desk and told the girls there what had happened, they took him swiftly but gently to the back to let the doctor see him. The vet (Dr. Singer) was very kind and explained his situation, what she wanted to do for him (steroid injection and more Benadryl but injection form), and how much they would cost. I felt that even though they are not an emergency vet clinic, they saved my dog as well as an emergency clinic could have by taking him immediately and treating him promptly, and I’m so grateful. The ladies at the front desk were also very patient with me as I was definitely distracted and emotional while they were trying to get background info and when they were doing our check out.

We are so grateful for the care you provided for our dog. We lost him after 15 years and the staff helped us navigate his end of life. They made this difficult time more tolerable with the compassion and kindness they showed. I mean, look at this card❤ You can tell they genuinely care about pets. THANK YOU.

The two female receptionists were great! Both were very friendly and helpful to all the questions I had. It was my first time dropping off my 3 month old puppy and they seemed to have treated her very well. They even gave her a treat. I talked to the vet and she was nice too.

Our puppy Friday is having diarrhea which worries us a lot. I called Banfield this morning, they are fully booked for today but they managed to help us by adding an extra slot at 4:30pm. Examinations and tests are done as scheduled. Dr. Suetching Yu called back, discussed the test results, gave me clear instructions on the medications, and patiently answered my questions. And all staff are super nice. The whole process took only 30 minutes. Thanks all Banfield staff for making this happen!

They took me last minute when my dog(Daisy)needed to be put to sleep. They were so kind, everyone, from the kind receptionist to the nurse and of course the doctor. 5 stars for this wonderful group. I will miss my girl terribly, but this team made the process so peaceful.

Everyone was wonderful, very helpful and easy to talk with about our dogs issues. Our 3 boys seemed very happy and calm around the staff who were very attentive. Great experience. We have found our new vet team!

Main place to take my little ones for their check-up. Always great service from the Banfield part but had some bad customer service from a few employees stocking shelves in the main part of the store. One girl seemed upset for me interrupting her and a co-workers conversation. Even gave me an eye roll. Other than that I will keep coming back.

Great staff that took immediate interest into my pet. They were able to answer all of my questions and since they are at the back of Petsmart I am able to take care of my other pet needs. Don't forget that money spent on the vet can also bring Petsmart rewards to your account😀.

Dr. Gross is an amazing Doc I wouldn't take my baby anywhere else. The staff is great and always super helpful. I'm been taking my Babies there for more than 6 years 👍👍👍

We cannot recommend Dr. Singer and Banfield any higher. We brought our French Bulldog, Rue, here the first day we adopted her. We've been through a lot with Rue and Dr. Singer has always been right there advising us along the way. I've personally recommended many friends with pets to Dr. Singer but the reason we are writing this review is because on Sunday Dr. Singer and her team saved Rue's life. We were absolutely panicked and they talked us through the whole thing, told us exactly what to do, and showed a level of caring far beyond the scope of just their normal job responsibilities. If you're looking for a vet that is extremely experienced and knowledgeable and that will consistently go above and beyond for your pet I highly recommend D. Singer!

Most "EXCELLENT"!!! I recommend to family friends even a stranger BEST Their friendly n especially when I forgot my change they had 2 of their employees come look for me thank God I was mote excited abt my food it smell n taste excellent that they went out of their way to find instead of driving all the way back home n saying::"My Money I forgot the change??" They made a customer for life for their HONESTY n FOR TAKING THE TIME TO FIND ME IN THE PARKING LOT 🙃 THANK U I RATE THEM 5 STARS N RECOMMEND THEY HIGHLY

My review is for Dr. Do, Cam. She's great, for pets & vets I was told that they don't recommend doing a primary dr. because if the pet needs to be seen right away we'd have to schedule around that specific dr.'s schedule. But Dr. Do is so great we really don't mind, she's a quick thinker in regards to solving an issue with scheduling because my work schedule is hectic. My baby is still getting use to Dr. Do but Dr. Do is always as patient as she can be with her & us lol. Dr. Do is always explaining everything in depth making sure my husband & I understand, the other staff members are great too, they're always welcoming & always greet my baby by name, & do their best to be quick so that she doesn't get restless or get into it with other patients waiting to be seen. Because of my baby's specific breed Dr. Do has been great with recommendations as well.

Doctors and staff here are awesome! They have cared for six of my dogs over the years and have given all of them great care! I know my fur babies are in good hands with them.

I took my cat Fred today to see Dr. Brown and she was wonderful! So knowledgeable, sweet, and you can tell she’s passionate about her work. Highly recommend you request her when you visit!

I thought I was going to wait along time but they took Goldeneye right away.Calling and giving me updates as soon as the results came and also how relax the cat was since it is a Feral cat. A big thanks to all that work there. Total 5 stars

They are great with my 🐕 dog. The insurance plan I have for my dog through Banfield is worth it. Thank you to all the staff for being so caring and loving with my dog. You are much appreciated.
