The management here is extremely responsive and responsible ! Bryan did a very thorough job with my move in process and explained all of the steps with patience and in detail. All follow-up questions were answered promptly. The maintenance staff on the premises is friendly and efficient.

Beautiful courtyard and gym area. Great location in Mountain View. I would say the sound insulation in the apartments could be better. Also, the HVAC heating does an OK job in warming up the apartment even with upper 70s set in the nest thermostat.

Overall, I have found Palo Alto Plaza a great place to stay in my 2 months here.

This was a great place to live. The landscaping was amazing, which is something I did not expect to appreciate so much. You can barely hear the nearby roads, making this property very quiet and peaceful. The location is extremely convenient for people who need to commute to Stanford or nearby tech offices. The managers were amazing, quickly responding to any and all issues with expediency and professionalism. Bryan and Mark are amazing. I strongly recommend this place.

Palo Alto Plaza is a wonderful place to live!! Mark and Bryan, the managers, are extremely friendly and warm. The amenities are new and the property, both interior and exterior (fitness center, garden, common areas, etc.), is well-kept. There’s a shopping mall across the street with Safeway, Trader Joe’s, Walmart, Target, and many restaurants - it’s quite convenient.

Palo Alto Plaza is awesome place! Everything what are you need from stores is right around the corner. The neighbors are friendly and quiet, and safety is top-notch – you can rest assured that your belongings are secure. The daily upkeep on the premises is impressive, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming.

A special shout-out to the Community Managers - Bryan and Mark. They made our first experience renting an apartment in California a smooth. Mark guided us through every step, from recommending apartment options to helping with document collection. The Community Managers are always quick to respond to any requests and are incredibly helpful.

Unfortunately, we have to leave these apartments, and we find ourselves in a position where we need to consider other locations with walk access to the park and child amenities, children garden. But, without a doubt, I highly recommend this place. It's a great apartment complex with the BEST Community Managers.

Update: Have spent two most wonderful years here. I love the apartment and the community so much! It’s a place with a home definition. Everyone is so friendly and the maintenance the managers are super helpful all the time. I will miss it so much!

Have moved in for two weeks. Really love my new apartment! Quiet on the top floor, good sunlight, and a tree view. It has a nice and super convenient neighborhood. Walking distance to almost everything you need. The managers, Bryan and Michael, and the maintenance, Jose, are all so helpful and responsive.

Palo Alto Plaza Apartments was for us, during the past few years a home, not just an apartment.
The location is very convenient, prices are very reasonable, the apartment layout is very comfortable and the internal patio is outstanding. It is an oasis, to keep you calm. Lastly and most important is the people that manage and do maintenance every day. They are just like family, they care, look out for you and always solve situations with respect and appreciation.

We live in the Palo Alto Plaza Apartments, it's a very nice place to enjoy your life. Plenty of parking space. Safeway, Trader Joe's, Walmart, CVS, Target, and many restaurants are well within walking distance. It's very convenient.

Especially, the manager Bryan and assistant manager Mark are very easy to get along with. They are nice, caring, and very responsible. Whenever we have any problem with our apartment, they will send a service man as soon as possible to come over to take a look, and will solve our problem quickly.

Besides, the technician Roberto, recently replaced our microwave, and fixed the problem of our dishwasher. He is a very skillful, well-experienced technician. He also has a very pleasant personality. We appreciate his service very much.

This apartment community has a very nice garden, well maintained with flowers and nice big trees. There is an outside fitness area with weights and stationary bikes, and a swimming pool. New apartment communities do not have such a nice and large garden. To maintain the garden, they are now using a new battery powered leaf blower which makes almost no noice. It is a big difference compared to gas powered leaf blowers and it is an advantage for working from home.
Maintenance service is quick, friendly and simply great.

The management team of Palo Alto Plaza Mountain View is very friendly and helpful. The view is beautiful if you are lucky to have a window facing the inner garden.

My parents and I were looking for housing and Mark fit us into his schedule very quickly. After visiting about 30 properties in 3 days, Mark's hospitality, kindness, and general knowledge about the area was truly unmatched. By far the best touring experience we have ever experienced. He took the time to tour us around the property and was willing to show us all available units. He was patient in answering all of our questions and knew just about all the special touches in the available units (lighting, florals, etc.). You could tell he really cares about the property and that is so hard to find with leasing agents/managers these days. Such a beautiful villa-like property that is very well kept and clean on the outside and inside. I was impressed by the renovations inside the apartments - very modern, clean, and new! If it weren't for my personal preferences, I would definitely live here because of our experience touring with Mark. Would highly recommend checking out Palo Alto Plaza if you are looking for housing in the area!

Palo Alto Plaza is a standout community. I moved in 2 years ago and couldn’t be happier with my decision. For starters, the location is pretty much unbeatable. Walking distance to a variety of supermarkets, restaurants, parks, and Caltrain, yet still in a quiet neighborhood. Noise from neighbors, cars, or the train (in a street-facing unit on the far end from El Camino) is seldom bothersome.

While it is an older building (uneven floors, no central AC or in-unit laundry), there’s a level of quality and care that’s hard to find in newer developments. The renovation work is thorough with attention to detail like the soft-closing cabinets. The landscaping is resort-quality. It’s spring right now and the grounds are beautiful with all the flowers in bloom. The landscaping crews deserve serious praise for their hard work.

The management team is friendly, helpful, and responds promptly to requests. They’ve managed multiple amenity upgrades since I moved in, including brand new mailboxes and package lockers. Amenities and common spaces are clean and well cared for.

If you’re searching for a spot in the Palo Alto / Mountain View area, I highly recommend giving Palo Alto Plaza a look.

My wife and I stayed here in a studio apartment for just about two years, since early 2021, and everything worked out well for us. The sound insulation could be a little better (more of a worry that we would disturb the neighbors than the other way around), but the whole place was very cozy and perfect for our needs. Parking was convenient, the mail room and the bike locker were easily accessible, amenities were more than sufficient for us, and we couldn't have asked for a better location with all the grocery stores and restaurants (plus my favorite taco trucks) nearby.

Shoutout to Bryan and Mark for helping make our stay easy and care-free. I especially appreciated that apartment communications--emails, posting notices, availability in the office for questions--were clear & transparent!

Came to Silicon Valley for one year to start my software business - I had the best lil studio overlooking the garden 🤗 Team was great, apartment was great, location was amazing (I infiltrated both Stanford kids & big tech kids in Mountain View!) 💫

Will miss my cosy, fairytale home - hope to return one day when I reach series A, B, or IPO 🤗

This is a beautiful property with an exceptional management team. Mark and Bryan are scrupulous about taking care of Palo Alto Plaza and diligent about responding promptly to resident needs. They both live on site so they truly mama be the place as their own. Roberto at maintenance is also top notch.

Finally, excellent location. Hop skip and a jump to shopping and town.

Hidden gem in Mountain View with easy access to El Camino Ave, US-101 and I-280.

(Note about the name: the apartment complex is technically in Mountain View, right at the border of Palo Alto)

These apartments are fantastic! Several caveats before the rest of the review. We had moved in at the height of the pandemic in 2021 when there was a significant promotion going on, so we were very happy with the value of our 15-month contract. The apartments were also just remodeled before we moved in. In comparison with our previous older apartments in Sunnyvale and Milpitas, with disproportionately higher rent, this was an unbelievable deal.

We just moved out to find more space, but we will miss this place!

Several things we loved about it:
1. The studio apartment we chose was a good size for us at the time, a couple without kids or pets (no pets allowed). There is a divider between the bedroom area and living room area, so you have a bit of physical/visual separation. No sound separation though. We really like having a balcony too. There was even an option to choose the color of two of the walls of the apartment when signing the lease.

2. The kitchen for our apartment was brightly lit with white counters that surround you on three sides, which made cooking and organizing much easier.

3. The pool area is really nice and the gym is decent, with an outdoor area for weights and a bottle filling station. All free-to-use and never crowded while we were there. There's also an outdoor putting green that we never use, as well as a new yoga studio inside the top floor.

4. The landscaping work is amazing -- major props to the people who designed/created/maintain the huge variety of trees, shrubbery, flowering plants, and other greenery around the inner courtyard and front of the apartments, as well as the pathing and lighting. It really makes a difference when you walk through, and my husband and I loved the peaceful, scenic vibe.

5. The electronic mail locker system (LuxerOne) is very convenient. They notify you via text or email when you have a new package there.

6. The staff are incredible. The main office is open every day and easily accessible in the lobby. Before we signed the lease, they made the process easy and transparent. When something went wrong, they put in clear and actionable efforts to make up for it or improve the apartment building. We've had 0 major problems the whole time we were here thanks to Bryan, Mark, and the rest of the staff.

Reasonable price with great service here, I have lived here for about 2 years. I have referred a friend to live here as well. Yesterday I told our agent about my concerns about keys, and this morning, apartment maintenance guy Roberto G. came to my room changing locks fluently. He is very nice, polite and friendly, and can tell how he is experienced in the maintenance works.

I was looking for apartments near the San Antonio center, and I chanced upon Palo Alto Plaza. I had emailed a bunch of apartment complexes at this point, and toured a few as well, but nothing really spoke to me and made me feel like I really wanna live here.... until I met Mark.

I got a reply to my email promly and we scheduled a tour to learn more. I got there after 4:30 and Mark showed me the model apartments, the amenities and the outdoor areas. It certainly was one of the most fun apartment tours I've been on. Mark even encouraged me to come back for a second tour of the entire property in the afternoon, when it was light out.

There is covered parking, laundry on every floor, co-work space, yoga room, and many other factors that made this place a good fit for me. I got a real feel of which junior 1BR I wanted before I put pen to paper, and I've loved living here and being part of the community.

The maintenance, people, Jose and others, and very friendly responsive and helpful.

If you're looking for an apartment in the San Antonio area, I would give this place a try and meet Mark and tour the complex.

Beautiful clean complex! A very good responsible manager Brian. He solves all issues quickly, does not cheat, always provides the correct information! The apartment is warm in winter, not too hot in summer! Nice swimming pool with Jacuzzi, cool gym. Rent control. Lots of parking. Excellent sound insulation, I didn't hear the neighbors at all. I recommend this Apartment Complex.

I moved in here recently. The experience with Andrea was great. She was super friendly and patient during the tour and always helpful and responsive later on (with regards to completing the paperwork etc).

The move-in procedure was done by Bryan. He took a lot of time for the handover, making sure that the apartment is in order, explained the policies in detail and gave tips.

We lived in Palo Alto Plaza for a year before moving out of state, and totally loved the place! They are great at using the space, with no dead space in rooms. So we felt the rooms were more spacious than the square feet shows. They are good at using colors and furniture in common areas and design the areas comfortably. We especially loved the hub and the gym. And more than anything, the management and the maintenance teams are exceptionally great. They were friendly and responsible from day one and throughout our living there, which made us feel at home always. They are quick in responding to whatever maintenance requests, and thus we have never experienced any issue. I have never seen such a great team who make the residents feel so comfortable like they do. If I will be back in the area again, I will definitely go back to Palo Alto Plaza. It is the very best apartment we've ever lived in!
