Dr. Shani and team are incredible!! When my 12-year old cat had to have a dental extraction, the staff was kind, professional, and caring from intake to surgery. I cannot express my gratitude enough for everything. 😍 Finny is better than ever!

This place is the best.I have been bringing my cat and dog here for a couple of years now and Dr.Gillon and Dr.Shani are amazing at what they do .And I would definitely recommend this place to pet owners.

Very friendly staff, small vet but nicely maintained. Took my english bulldog for a progesterone test, they charge $95 fyi. Definitely recommended.

We have been using this vet for our dog since he was a puppy. I like that they have a technician that meets you in the parking lot. I don’t have to stress about my dog while he is inside the office since he is always with someone. Competitive pricing, and friendly staff. I’ve never been sold anything I didn’t need.

They also did my dogs neutering and that was a pleasant experience. They always take great care of him ☺

5 stars well earned. Im a traveling professional with a human reactive dog. We've visited plenty of vets clinics over his 10 years some better than others and this one is at the TOP. They were so patient and so understanding and not one bit phased when I mentioned "human reactive dog". In addition to their expertise in dog handling the Dr was thorough while never sounding like a salesperson. I could tell he was focused on making sure my dog was healthy as opposed to over selling any and everything he could think of. Hoping to have the opportunity to return to this clinic in the future!!

We are happy we found this place. Our dog is well-taken care of here.

I really like willow glen pet hospital . They are super friendly and are great to work with . I take my dog Rosie there and the vet is always super kind to her and always try’s to help without pushing to buy anything unnecessary. So far they are the best vet in the San Jose area I have found.

I've only been for routine stuff, but it's been great. The prices are reasonable, the vet I spoke with seemed knowledgeable and thoughtful, and the techs and staff are all kind and responsive.

I did have a slight concern about a lump after a rabies shot, and they were able to see me the same day. I told by a tech it was a common issue that should go away soon, which I appreciated. To my surprise, the vet actually called me to follow up the next day to ensure I didn't have any follow up questions or concerns, which was unexpectedly great.

The place is small but efficient, clean, and there's plenty of parking most of the time. I would definitely come back for anything routine.

The staff here are outstanding. I have a shy dog, and they are always so patient with him, trying to make him feel comfortable and earn his trust. He doesn’t even mind going to the vet because it’s such a calm environment.

They check every box for me:
- Never too busy — you can get timely appointments and are never waiting too long in the waiting area
- Great staff — they always explain everything to you and take your concerns seriously. They do a thorough job and looking at your pets.
- Reasonable prices — I’m never shocked by the prices and they go over everything with you.

Just went for the first time today and everyone was amazingly nice and caring, it was my puppy’s first time at a vet and they made sure he felt safe and loved,

The staff here truly care about your animals. I feel safe about bringing my older cats here for their routine care. We had a teeth cleaning here 2 years ago as well, and the dental specialist at Animal Dental Clinic who did the major extractions on her complimented us on how clean her teeth were, which was all credit to Willow Glen Pet Hospital.

I love bringing my dog here! The staff is so loving and caring they really make you feel like family! My puppy can sometimes be a handful but they always treat her with so much TLC. I would never take my pup anywhere else! The location is always clean and as I previously mentioned the staff is wonderful! I always refer new and existing pet owners here and I would NEVER take my pup anywhere else.

I came here after my cat got sick and the assistants were very helpful and respectful. They put my mind at ease while taking care of my cat. The Doctor here was very meticulous, he went through the procedures with me in details and after a few visits, my cat got better. I don't think I could find another clinic this good, so I will definitely come back. Thank you Dr. Gillon and staff for the wonderful service.

This place is great! The staff is super helpful and friendly. Pricing is very fair and quality and integrity of the dr is outstanding. I’ve had a few test done on here for my dog and X-rays for OFA to check her hip and elbows, everything went smooth. They made it relatively stress free for my pup.

We truly appreciate the quality of care that our Chow, RJ, receives every time we bring him in. Dr. Gillon is very calm and thorough with his care and his explanations. The vet techs are kind and comforting when taking him from the car for treatment (COVID protocol).
We have also had positive experiences with their other vets (Dr. Bock and Dr. Kim).
The vets are not high pressure and explain our options, and there have been several times they have simply said, “Let’s wait a few days and see how he does, then go from there.” I never feel like they are trying to make more money by offering unnecessary tests or treatments which I have experienced at other places.
We could not be happier with the quality of their care and compassion of their staff and we know all our friends who we have referred feel the same way!

Please bear with me. This is a long story. Rescued a kitten with a severe eye injury. Unfortunately she did not make it thru surgery. The entire staff (vet, techs and front office) were absolutely professional and kind. Rescued 2nd kitten with a severe eye injury. I felt so sure of their professional standards I returned there for surgery. Professional, caring staff took good care of kitten who's now over 2 years old. This most recent visit was because my dog received emergency toe amputation surgery in LA & needed bandage-changing here in San Jose. I called his vet (where I've been going since 1986) but they couldn't/wouldn't make time for me. Called Willow Glen where they got me in even on short notice. The vet said he'd be able to remove the stitches (lots because of the type of surgery) and he saved me a trip to LA. Why I hadn't changed my dog's vet to Willow Glen I can only explain as loyalty. But when I needed someone Willow Glen made it happen. My dog's (now former vet) did not. It's a busy practice but organized. The entire staff is great, caring, professional and I'm glad I found them.

I took my 10 week dachshund for his vaccines & first check-up. We weren't able to get in the vet's office because of COVID. The Vet techs are absolutely the sweetest. Our boy did not show any signs of being stressed after the vaccine.
