Our favorite cinema. Also the one closest to us. They do a pretty good job of keeping it clean and the current staff is super friendly. The lower ticket prices are a plus and on Tuesdays it's only $5 all day. On senior days (Mon & Wed - 55+) it's also $5 plus a small popcorn at a discounted rate (I'd rather they did a maybe a $2 or $3 discount off of any size because we love popcorn, but discounted tickets prices make it easier to pay for the large sized concessions. All in all I'm very grateful for a local theater that doesn't commit highway robbery.

We hosted my daughters birthday party here with a private theater rental. Evan was awesome, getting the movie we wanted and the concessions squared away ahead of time. We had the party during a crazy busy Saturday and the staff at this location were amazing! They made us feel welcomed, special, and were on top of everything for our party AND the dozens of other theater goers. It was a true well-oiled machine.

We love CineLux Scotts Valley and just celebrated our 22nd movie party for our patients at Hulme Orthodontics (formerly Joiner Orthodontics). Peter has always gone ABOVE and beyond our needs to make sure our patients have a blast and our team is supported to provide a fabulous experience. 10/10 will continually do it again! Not only do they open the theatre for us at 7:00 am to get prepped, but our film had a little hiccup and Peter gave guests complimentary passes to come back and see a movie. Service beyond measure, thank you Peter & Cinelux crew for being awesome!

Food was pretty good, theater was clean and they were playing a classic movie, which you don't always see in just any theater, I'm very satisfied

Evan is wonderful!!! My son left a small stuffed animal in our theater and I searched quickly, but couldn’t find it. My son was hysterical, but we had to go. I left Evan my number and a description and he found it!!! He was SO nice! And professional!! Excellent customer service. Adorable theater too, SV has such little indoor stuff to do for families/dates it’s so nice to have a nice move theater at least: always clean, pleasant and nice staff!!! Thanks again Evan!

While the environment is definitely old and run down, the very cheap tickets make up for it.

Very nice and comfortable seats. Clean, emplyers with good attitude. Once someone took my seats and refused to move. It was packed "avatar 3d" and the Manager helped me to get my seats

Great place to catch a flick on the big screen. Tickets on line or in person. Nice seats, friendly staff, reasonable prices.

After the remodel it's SO much better! Granted, there are no recliners but the seats are still comfy. The food is great, beer on tap and canned, plus a great upstairs lounge area. This theater is always a good, relaxing experience. It is also extremely clean and well kept!

I was looking to rent a theater for my son's birthday party. I love how Cinelux has this option. I emailed them on a Sunday evening and to my surprise, I received a reply that night! Peter was super helpful and responsive. We will do many private screenings in the future.

Great multiplex theatre in Scotts Valley. $5 Tuesdays are your best bet for catching up on movies. Seating may be small, but draft beer makes up for it. The D-Max seats I haven't tried yet( name sounds ominous) but, motion controlled seats for Avatar 2 may enhance your viewing pleasure

Our go to movie theater. They have over 10 screens which is great for new releases. Can always get a ticket. They also show old movies on occasions. Perhaps the best part is the lounge where you can food and drinks. The parking lot is huge so we never had issues with parking. Great for family outings.

Me and my best friend come here all the time, we enjoy the food, the drinks, and the movies they show, we love $5 Tuesday and we hangout in the town all day and get boba, go to target, get Eric's deli, and come sit in the cinema till our movie begins 10/10 recommend

Great theatre and $5 Tuesday is awesome! Also, it has a great Bar where you can get some tasty nibbles and drinks before the movie.

One of my favorite movie theaters. They have a bigger menu other than just popcorn soda candy and ice. They have nachos burgers sandwiches etc. Also serve beer and wine. It is a place that is nice to go and usually has plenty space and not so crowded.

Great little clean movie theatre in Scotts Valley. Theatres #5 #6 #7 and #8 have the largest curved screens with great Dolby Digital® sound. Check out $5 Tuesdays.
