Exceptional! Ben knows everything about cars, it doesn't matter which, what type or year. Ben is very easy to work with, he explains in plain words and no problem is ever too big. He's reassuring, honest, direct, hopeful, focused on the solution and reasonably priced. Speaking as a woman with lots of automobile issues - Ben is the best! Truly - the best kept secret in San Carlos.

We have had the good luck to have Ben and his crew as our primary auto mechanics for the past four years. They were excellent with our Audi A4 and our Toyota 4Runner as well. Competent, timely, and they care about doing a job well. When there was a rare problem they went above and beyond to take care of it. We recommend them without hesitation or reservation.
