Copiers Etcetera

Have been using Copiers Etc since 1991 and they have always been great to work with. Service is excellent.

I have had the pleasure of working with Copiers Etcetera since I began my roll as Office Administrator at Cedar Cross United Methodist Church (2007). I would not use any other copier company. All of Copiers Etcetera employees are friendly, helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. The company always works around my crazy schedule! Shout out to Tracy, Barry and Janelle (hope names are spelled correct)! And for history purposes...Roger and George! Kudos to the whole team!

I have issues every time I order ink/toner from this company. They rarely send the correct cartridges for the printers that I have, nor do they send the quantity I request. They always want to send out a technician to review how to change the the cartridges, I have been changing them for more than 5years now and this is never the issue. It is always an issue with the ink/toner that has been sent, they do not trust that I have exhausted other options before contacting them. I also have difficulty in getting ahold of people about 50% of the time I call. They do not respond to messages left or emails I have sent. The lack of an ability to order products online has only further complicated these issues.
