Had to return items to Old Navy and Staples was the designated drop-off for returns.

The process was easy and I got a coupon for $10 off a $30 purchase at Staples. I used the coupon to save on a big set of Staedtler colored pencils (cheaper anywhere w/ the savings).

The staff were friendly and helpful, the retail floor felt nice to shop and browse for stuff.

Would be back!

They answered the phone when I called about recycling a monitor giving me the green light. I brought in the monitor which was accepted with no pushback at all. I decided to browse since I was there. A few minutes later the employee who I had dealt with brought me a $10 coupon. I was going to replace the monitor at the pawn shop but there was a great one on sale. It was out of stock but another was offered for the same price. I appreciated the attentive service and peaceful atmosphere so much, I bought one more product before leaving. The monitor is working great by the way with my old 10-foot cord I used with the old one.

I will return here anytime I need electronics or office supplies. Also I will use them to drop off electronic items for recycle. I'm notifying my friends and family as well to patronize this store because it was an exceptional retail experience for me.

Placed an online order for custom 5x7 cards, picked up the next day. Easy, fast and a good price. Would recommend!

TSA pre check was fast and easy to get done!

I went to the printing center to print out a 2 sided color flyer. Zach and Larry were very helpful in finding the right card stock, so that the ink wouldn't be legible from the other side, since it was going to be printed on 1 page, back to back. For some reason, the formatting got corrupted when I sent over my word document. Zach and Larry then kindly explained to me that this issue is often resolved when the native file is saved as a pdf. I then went home to save the file as a pdf, and went back to staples. I thought that would have solved the issue, but for some odd reason, some of the formatting got corrupted again. However, Zach and Larry knew exactly what to do, and resolved the issue swiftly and effectively. This was by far the best customer service experience I have received all year! From this experience alone, I can tell that exemplifying outstanding customer service comes to these gentlemen as second nature even during the most daunting situations, and they deserve some well deserved recognition. I hope that this review shines some light to the great customer experience they provided.

I don't normally leave reviews, but I just had an amazing experience at Staples tonight. Nisha in the printing area helped me print a document, and she really took the time to make sure it came out right. In so thankful and I look forward to the next time I need a copy made. I will certainly be going to Staples to have it printed.

All of the employees at the Staples in Mill Creek off Bothell Everett Highway are engaged, friendly, and competent. Jon recently helped us with our printer purchase and he was extremely knowledgeable and provided superior customer service; we are very appreciative.

I brought in 15 posters to be laminated for my little cousin since her cat is missing. The worker at the printing station helped me figure out what laminate to use and allowed me to leave so my cousin could pick them up when done and I could return to work. They included 25 extra laminated posters as well as an enlarged copy laminated for her to post around her area. Super happy with the service and appreciate them being so kind as it is rare in this world today.

This was my first time going to staples and I had amazing experience! I came in to print my wedding invitations and Tyler provided a great customer service! He explained to me how to get my invitations uploaded to the website and also he did a great job with cutting them perfectly! Also his boss assisted me when I came in to pick them up! She gave me the best deal! I recommend Staples in Mill Creek to everyone! I love the friendly environment they have!

It is one of the best store for Staples. I had an issue with some prints and NK the india girl helped me till I got the satisfied prints since those were an important docs for my application .. Thank you and keep up the good work !

Stationary and electronic products are have a lot of varieties available. You can find some really neat and niche products for your work and study here.

With the current hiring market, I didn't expect less. $20 otw thx
