Mint Dental Care - Sunnyvale

I've been going to Mint Dental care for 2 years now and I've had a fantastic experience every single time! The place is top quality, you can watch TV when they are doing their magic and the staff are really kind and take their time to explain everything. Special shout out to Jerika, who is a dental hygienist at Mint dental. She is amazing at what she does and she is also super friendly and makes the whole experience a breeze! :)

Very good experience at Mint Dental. Going to the dentist is for me always with small steps. But they all did a wonderful job making me feel at ease and comfortable. Very professional and clear communication about the following procedures. Marvelous job for the deep cleaning , special thanks to Navreen Kang.

I had an outstanding experience at this clinic! The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating, addressing all my queries with patience. Jerika, the hygienist, is not only professional and also gentle, delivering an outstanding job. I highly recommend this clinic for their excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere.

I hadn't been to dentist in a while and it was definitely the right place to go because everyone there is friendly and seems to be knowledgeable in what they do. The dental hygienist (Jerika) that helped me out is good at her job and overall just a good person.

I have visited Mint Dental three times since moving to the bay last June and I'm very happy about my experience. Any questions I have about my dental care are answered very thoughtfully and they are very good about communicating everything I am doing well or need to work on. One of the better experiences that I've had at a dental office compered to offices that I've seen in the past. From my end, operationally everything is completely smooth as I can fill out my details / insurance all online before my visit and also receive email, text or phone call reminders about my appointment. The office is completely modern as well with televisions on the ceiling that I can distract myself with episodes of the Office and etc.
Outside of the the operational piece, I would say Dr. Andrew and Dr. Michelle will often explain to me what they are doing and why they are doing it before any type of procedure which I MUCH appreciate. The communication is superb and how everything is explained along with their professional feedback is easy to digest.

If you want an dental office that thinks about the small details (beverage fridge upon entrance, TV with streaming content, digital applications, text / email reminders, calendar invites) in addition to really good dental work, Mint Dental so far checks all the boxes for me!

This place is the first and the only dental care I've been going to in US, so I can't say how good it is compared to other dental care. But I've been using their hygien service for 2 years and I'm satisfied with their service. Thank you Ravreen the hygienist and Andrew the doctor, they helped me with my night grinding and anwsered many questions about oral health. They taugjt me useful knowledge about how and why to floss your teeth, and then I realize why and how to brush my teeth.

I just finished my second teeth clean last week, it's much less painful than my first cleaning 2 years ago, and my gum are getting less sensitive.

And an advice based on my personal experience: where you feel pain mostly is where you should brush or floss mostly in your daily care.

Had the best 1st experience at Mint! The office is very cute and inviting (with complementary waters in the waiting area) & Anh, who checked me in, was kind and welcoming. I had my cleaning done by Jerika, who was very personable, knowledgeable, and informative about what to expect during my cleaning. Unlike other dental experiences, she was extremely gentle yet did an incredible job, didn’t feel a thing! She’s great at making you feel comfortable and left me incredibly satisfied with the results. I was even able to watch a show during my cleaning which was super cool! After, I had my teeth checked by Dr. Tim, who was also very kind and informative! Mint is definitely now my go-to for dental care needs ◡̈

My first visit at Mint Dental and from the receptionist (Rachel) to the hygienist (Jerrica) who worked on my teeth to Dr. Andrew who had a final evaluation plus the entire modern facility, everyone and everything was exceptional, professional, and clean!! I am glad selected this office for my dental work!

I have been going out to Mint Dental Care for over a year now, and it's been the best dental experience I've had in my life. The staff are very kind and easy to interact with. Doctor Andrew and hygienist Jerika make me feel very comfortable every time I come in for a visit. Even though on my end I don't do the best job flossing, I don't feel like I'm being judged at all when it comes time to review the health of my teeth during the appointment. After a comfortable and thorough cleaning, Jerika reviews flossing steps and other advice that will help improve my dental care at home.

The team overall is super friendly. I also got teeth whitening here, and I am very satisfied with the results too!

Mint Dental Care is by far the best dental practice in the South Bay! The staff is super friendly and nice. They are very thorough with their services and make sure you walk out the door without any questions or concerns!
I get my cleaning done from Navreen and she is an absolute gem! She makes sure she walks me through every small detail of the procedure and is super sweet and helpful! Glad I found this place!

I have never been a fan of going to the dentist but my experiences at Mint Dental have been exceptional. I'm not saying I enjoy going to the dentist now but the team at Mint makes it so much easier. The focus on making the patient as comfortable as possible is quite obvious. I really enjoy the TV's on the ceiling. If you are looking for a clean, professional, well run dental office with super friendly staff, Mint is the place!

Been going to Mint Dental Care for a few months and it's been amazing: the scheduling process is a breeze (and they send you reminders to ensure you don't forget your appointment) and every single person working there is incredibly nice.

All the doctors are great! I've had from basic cleaning to more involved procedures and never felt any pain or discomfort. My most recent appointment was with Dr. Jerika and she was super nice, clarifying any questions I had (and clearly explaining any problems and what I should do to address them).

Can't recommend them enough, an amazing team!

I have sensitive teeth and switched from a previous dental practice after having a bad experience. And so I decided to try Mint Dental Care after recommendations from friends.

I just had my first consultation and cleaning experience this morning, and I absolutely loved everything about coming here. The office feels very new and is kept so much cleaner than the previous dental office I went to. More importantly, the staff is incredibly considerate, personable, and empathetic. Everyone was so quick and eager to help me.

I definitely have to give a special shoutout to Jerika my hygienist who made sure I was comfortable during the cleaning given my teeth sensitivity. She walked me through everything she was doing, what I should expect, and was always happy to answer questions I asked along the way (she's also such an incredibly kind human).

This place is such a hidden gem, and I'm looking forward to my next appointments. I can't believe it took me this long to find an amazing practice like Mint Dental Care!

I've been to Mint Dental Care a handful of times and each time I go it's been great. They have a great team. Dr Michelle takes her time on explaining what needs to be done and why it needs to be done. And, recently I got a deep clean by Jerika and she was great. She made sure that I was comfortable and very friendly. I highly recommend Mint Dental Care.

I received wonderful dental care at Mint Dental. My appointment today was 9am and I was in the exam chair by 902. Jerica was my dental hygienist and did great work getting all my coffee stains out and polished them. The whole time she was sensitive to my comfort during the procedure and paid close attention to suctioning so I never felt like I was choking on secretions and the water mist. My dentist Michelle did a thorough exam of my teeth and gave me a no BS assessment of the state of my teeth. She found cracks in two molars and gave me the right recommendations that I'll be moving forward with soon.

My positive experience started before I even walked into the door. I called the office to make an appointment but had some questions since I just got my braces removed. Dr. Michelle answered all of my questions patiently and had a lot of great recommendations.

When I went to my appointment a week later, I was greeted by the very friendly front desk staff and got my treatment done by Dr. Michelle. Not only was she nice over the phone but more so in person! She even took the time to explain what she was doing and why she needed to do it before she proceeded with anything AND gave me great recommendations for after care.

I will definitely be getting my twice a year cleanings and rest of my dental work done here !! 10/10 totally recommend !

Best overall service I’ve ever experience! Everyone is friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Dr Andrew always go above and beyond! He doesn’t just listen to his patients, he also care and would look into your concerns to the best of his abilities to provide solution that is best for the patient. Truly exceptional!! ♡
