Chavez Supermarket

Have got to say I love the hot food here. It's fresh, a bit pricey but taste great. I love the carne asada, the tortas, pan (Mexican bread), and horchata. All delicious. Great place to go if your craving Mexican food.

I really love Chavez. I can make a list of all the Mexican supermarkets where the meat department stinks, but this isn’t one of them. Food is always super fresh. I love to buy meat products here. All staff is very welcoming and helpful. I super recommend the taqueria. Food is delicious and fresh made, and clean. I usually get burritos, or asada fries or enchiladas.

Wow... I mean fuken wow. We are from Los Angeles Ca... and wow! Chavez Supermarket really impressed us. It is a bit pricey but worth every penny. I did not take pictures inside. But everything we cooked was bought here on our 1 week Airbnb stay walking distance. Enjoy!

Meat selection is great, produce is usually very nice compared to most stores in my area. A little overpriced on some things, but overall have what I need!

It's small and is Hispanic. If you're looking for Dennison chili beans in a can, good luck. It's a wonderful Mexican food store. Don't run in looking for frozen hamburgers. They have a meat counter with all kinds of meat and a long line. Wonderful customer service. Good people!!

This place is awesome, not only they have fresh decent salsas, they have the best quesadilla! Also the soup is amazing. All of great portion and at very reasonable price. Can't like this place enough.

Small grocery store. Just about everything you need. Fresh hot meal counter makes great food! Breakfast all day 💜. Friendly staff. Bakery items available, limited frozen food selection.

The parking lot is a little challenging. Traffic in and out can be challenging. Two handicapped parking spaces available.

I ate lunch here at least once a week when I worked in Sunnyvale. The super quesadilla is excellent. Great burritos and tacos as well. They are pretty quick making the food. The market is one of the most organized I have ever seen, check out the produce area, everything is always perfectly stacked.

The workers here are awesome. The store us usually packed with shoppers but I get in and out quickly. The meat counter is definitely a hidden gem in this community.

Great selection of specialty ingredients for Mexican cooking in particular big shelf of all kinds of dried chiles and trotillas. There is also a well assorted fruit and vegetable section as well as a meat section with all kinds of cuts. The staff is very friendly and one of the employees even brought me a basket without me asking for it when I had my hands full of goods. I will definitely come back again.

To be honest, the only items I've ever purchase are the guacamole and tortilla chips. The guacamole is literally the best guacamole I've ever had. Doesn't last very long so be sure to eat it all asap.

Love this Chavez the taqueria is the best no matter what u order the always comes out delicious. The meat department looks clean plus Harrison ranch meat they offer is top quality. The location is a little small bt a good store overall.

I love having this as my neighborhood store. It doesn't have everything, so occasionally, depending on what's on my list, I'll go straight to Safeway. But this place has a great feel to it. Wonderful and helpful employees. Decent produce. AMAZING taquieria.

I ordered some menudo on Friday 2nd of April to be picked up Easter Sunday to take over to my moms in Dublin also picked up some chicharrones some Mexican cheese everything everything was excellent to perfection only one thing I suggest you put cow feet in your Menudo and selling at a higher price people will buy it I will LOL just a small suggestion that's all thank you muchisimas gracias

There's not many authentic Mexican markets. This location is small but well organized. If you want real tortillas for your Tacos, this is the spot! And if you want marinaded meat for your carne asada or tacos; this is the spot. Personal are great overall.

I come here for the carne asada tacos alone. The steak is grilled to perfection and is Harris Ranch quality. A little more expensive than a taco truck but way better quality. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.

Good price for produce but it's the meat counter at the back that's always packed with people ordering lunch on the right side. Makes it hard to shop sometimes. Preseasoned taco meat is the best

I go there only because of top quality food they serve in back. One of my favorite burritos.
