Unique Dental Care

I have been going to Unique dental care since 2015. It’s been 7 years already. Consider my review for the entire time period :). Also, I never changed my dentist in those 7 years, speak volumes about their work. All those years, I have been seeing Dr. Jasmine Le, she is amazing. I have also seen Dr. Mark Vo, he has been amazing too. I took different services such as regular cleaning, deep cleaning, mouth guard fitting. They are extremely professsion and I never had any complains. I did refer them to my family and friends. They don’t have any complains either. In all those years, I never had to wait for more than 5 mins. Never had any issues with insurance or billing. Always got plenty of reminders before the appointments. Both the dentists are really experienced, polite and always made me comfortable. They are located at a prominent location near El Camino in a shopping complex with plenty of parking. It’s funny that there are great options to eat in the same complex and over the years, I would get my teeth cleaned and then immediately get them yellow stained with the yummy Dosa from next door restaurant. That restaurant got closed in pandemic, but still many are aroud, overall a great location. I wouldn’t change a thing!

Unique dental care is an awesome dental facility. Dr Le is a very skilful dentist with great personality. I recently had the pleasure of visiting the office and I couldn't be happier with the care I received. Dr. Le is an excellent dentist who truly cares about her patients. She was very thorough in her examination and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. Her staff was also very friendly and accommodating, making me feel at ease throughout my visits for me and my family. The facility itself was clean and modern, and I appreciated the use of the latest dental technology. Overall, I highly recommend Unique Dental Care for anyone looking for high-quality dental care.

Dr. Le is very thorough and gentle. I have feared dentists all my life, but Dr. Le is very patient and accommodating. I have competed two elaborate dental procedures with her, and I’m glad I’ve never found myself cornered by the staff or the doctor to get procedures done only to max out my insurance.
The clinic is very clean and follows all COVID protocols.

Unique Dental is a great dentist facility. Both doctors are very accommodating and the staff work very hard to schedule you in. Dr. Le is my dentist - she's also my wife's dentist and my son's too. Soon my daughter will also go there. High sense of professionalism--also a place that cares about families. Easy five star review for me. Keep up the good work!

I was among the first group of the customers when the clinics was opened in 2005 and have been with Dr. Lee and Vu ever since. For the last five years, I have been living oversea and still visit the office to do my annual routine cleaning and things every time I return home. Dr. Lee is highly professional and cares about the detail. Strongly recommend Unique Dental !!

I called in the AM to check availability. I got the contact information from my Dental provider and they were the first contact to answer the phone. She took my information and the information of my insurance.
Gave me appt times for the upcoming days. After calling my regular dentist back to have them send over my files and x-rays, they answered and she offered me a time to come into the office within the hour. I was able to get everything situated, and after finishing up a meeting rushed over and they got me in right away. Filled out all the paperwork (to be expected) and they were great. Got me in the chair within 10 min of getting there and after x-rays was able to see Dr. Le within a few minutes. She was great with recommendations and what she thought I should do and the other choices I had. Also let me explain my situation and she explained how they could help me down the road if anything else happened. I would recommend this office and dentist (I saw Dr. Le) to anyone! They were helpful and I think I called them maybe 5 or 6x before we got everything set up. Thank you for your patience and being able to help me get everything figured out! feeling much better!
Follow up: I got the veneer fixed by Dr. Le and she helped figure out all the insurance details. I also got a root canal the other day and she was very helpful to my situation and explained everything, how my insurance would cover and what I could do moving forward. I had to speak with her on the weekend when the office was closed and she called me right away to check on me and ask if I needed immediate attention.
All in all Dr. Le has been helpful and a great dentist throughout all this craziness these past few months, I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a dentist in the area!

I have been going to Dr Lee for 3 years now. I am so glad I found her. She is experienced, knowledgeable and professional. I recently got an emergency root canal and I can’t thank her enough for the treatment I received during this time. I highly recommend this place. The doctors and staff is excellent !

Just moved to the area and needed an urgent appointment. They accommodated me and went above and beyond with providing me with compassionate care. I get very nervous at the dentist and Dr. Le was wonderful. I look forward to seeing her routinely so that I can avoid needing urgent dental care in the future.

Have had several routine cleanings since my original post and still feel this place has amazing staff and excellent dentists. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

At 32 years old this is the best experience I've ever had with a dentist. Friendly, thoughtful, and good work makes this place stand out from others. My wisdom tooth was pulled here and i felt absolutely no pain. I could not see myself going anywhere else. Thank you so much for what you guys do!!!

This is the best dentist I have ever been to! Both Dr. Le and Dr. Vo are thorough and very gentle during procedures. I had my cavity filled here and didn't even feel any pain during the administration of the numbing agent. I always feel like my teeth are well taken care of here.

My family have been coming to unique dental care for more than 8 years. Dr. Vu and Dr. Lee have taken good care of our teeth. They explained to me in details when there were problems that I needed to pay attention to. Highly recommended!

I used to live within walking distance and since moving to East Bay I still go out of my way to come here to see Dr. Vo. Excellent patient care, careful work, they really go out of their way to make you comfortable. I'm super happy with both the care and the quality of work!

These two dentists, Dr Lee and Dr Vo, they are incredible, they are the best.
I am over 60 years old, and, I am so happy to have found these two dedicated, hardworking, passionate, intelligent, kind….well, you can tell I like these two, and I am a very happy customer.
I found their office near where I once lived in Sunnyvale eleven years ago. I have been to many dentists had many over the years. There were some good ones, most just competent, some not so competent. Dr Lee and Dr Vo are the best, and I feel fortunate to have found them.

Always pleasure and great experience! Dr Le and Dr Vo are very accommodating. My wife and I had a couple of dental urgent needs and we were never let down. Highly recommend this place!

I was able to get a same day appointment. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable and my dentist was thorough. She was upfront about the timeframe it will take to fix my problems. I appreciated her honesty. I would definitely be back for my follow up.

I have been very pleased and impressed with the care I have gotten from the team at Unique Dental Care. I have been cared for by both dentists and appreciated their work very much. However, a special hurrah for Mark Vo's incredibly attentive attention to the plaque on the back of my teeth. There is nothing I love more after I leave the dentist than the feeling of no more plaque, and he does a great job!

Dr. Vo is the best dentist I've ever had! When I first saw all the good reviews on Google, I was in doubt. However, after going there for a teeth exam, cleaning and filling, I think he worths a 10 star! He's patient, gentle and professional. He took the time to explain why and how we were going to do the filling, how I could prevent it in the future. Thank you Dr. Vo!

I have been their happy customer for 10+ years. They always do a good job at keeping my teeth healthy. I used to live near by them, but now I travel from San Jose to see Dr. Vo and Dr. Le.

Had a root canal and dental cleaning done and I feel it was as painless as these procedures can be. Also, the ease of setting up appointments and the follow ups are awesome. Would definitely recommend.
