Came into the store 20 minutes before closing I asked an associate at the register where the knee-high shorts in black size 6. She called over associate Tanya who showed me what I was looking for in my size. Then asked for the clearance rack and Tanya took me right to my size. I found two more items I wanted. Tayna is an excellent employee, thank you for hiring her and thank you Tanya for being such a great person and for giving such excellent customer service. And thank you to the associate at the registers for quickly checking me out and for their patient, as they were closed as she finished ringing me up. It is GREATLY APPRECIATED!

Shopping here always results in a major spending day. We got dome good deals as usual.

Other businesses like Costco Target Burlington Coat factory. And restaurants.

We visited on Sunday (12/6). No lines to get in. Store was well organized, safe, and clean. Lots of holiday gift options. Long, single line at the cashiers. Went pretty fast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good experience.

Everything was organized !! I have not been here in quite a while but I will surely be coming back soon. It was pleasant to see things in order not cluttered or busted. It made my shopping experience so much better and relaxing. They are really doing a great job!

Had to run in to pick up a couple pair of inexpensive sunglasses for a road trip.. Within minutes, I knew I was in the very best Marshalls for miles. This branch is a huge store, filled with good quality merchandise, great displays and helpful staff. I instantly vowed to return.Very impressed.

I'm a regular shopper at Marshall's Santa Rosa & it has never been disorganized. Their store personnel is always busy keeping shelves & clothing racks looking neat & well organized, & they always check in with the shoppers to see if assistance is needed, none of which you will find at Ross...where I refuse to shop! There are always treasures to be found at Marshall's, & the prices can't be beat!! 😃

It's smaller than the one in San Jose but they had what I was looking for. They have variety and more! I'll be back definitely!

I love Marshall's I just got a wall mounted bike rack that makes my apartment look so European, it was only $6!

Amazing there were no lines. Lots colors of nail polish and flower pots. Fun stuff.
