Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Good location. Variety of products to choose from. Not only did the staff help me to find the right chair, he also help me to figure out whether it would fit into my car after the final assembly. I got it very fast. Good service.

I was very pleased with my experience at the Palo Alto Office Depot. They have a great collection of products, but most of all the staff could not have been more friendly, helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this store, as it's not always the case that one receives good customer service these days. I hope they always remain at this location!

Been shopping at this location for many years. Kody the associate who helped me yesterday was personably knowledgeable and efficient. Store was clean and well organized.

Associates were helpful and very patient with me while figuring out my custom printing order. I had to wait to be serviced b/c everyone was with customers but it was quite pleasant.

Knowledgeable staff who guide me on big ticket items which I like to see before buying and the store is stocked with items I need immediately when there is no time to order

The store in Mountain View CA is very friendly and willing to go over the top to help you with your needs. I really enjoy shopping there for work and home.

I called ahead and the phone was answered right away. They had the product in stock and when I went in, I was helped at the front desk and found the item right away. Fast check out, no line. I did drive past the building because it was hard to see at night. Be sure to slow down in order not to pass it.

Good staff. They greet you at the door, know where to find stuff, are honest if they don't know a product detail. They provide real quality service, even though they may be short-staffed at times.

I just purchased an office chair and floor mat and the selection and prices couldn't have been better. I thought about ordering online but, after going in the store, I realized that in-person testing was a requirement. I sat in tons of different chairs and had the opportunity to ponder the comfort and practicality of each sample chair before making my purchase, making my purchase one that I am very happy with. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, and I hope my local store stays around a long time!

I made three different trips over three days as I was working on a project for a community organization. Office Depot has a large variety of merchandise and staff have always been helpful.

Upon arriving at the Mountain View, CA store yesterday, one of my first transactions was to make a return, which generated a Gift Card. I knew I would be shopping for other items in a few minutes, so I just stuck the Gift Card in my pocket to use then.
By the time I had finished all of my shopping and gotten to the point-of-sale check out, I forgot that I had the Gift Card, so as is my norm I pulled out my credit card and charged my purchase.
Oh, no! Within a minute, I realized what I had done wrong. Of course I had meant to use my Gift Card.
I turned right around and got back into the checkout queue. I was welcomed immediately by "Ali," and I apologetically explained to him what I had absentmindedly done. He understood right away, and graciously returned the items to my credit card, then re-sold them to me (even asking me if I had originally used any discount coupons, which I had, so he applied the same one to my new sales transaction) using my Gift Card as payment in full. All better.
Ali was so very kind, efficient, and patient. He handled everything with grace, quickly and quietly, so that I didn't feel like more of an idiot than I already did on my own. Overall, an outstanding shopping experience.

This staff was eager to help and offer their services energy time I passed one of them. Printing services was quick and the store was not busy at all.
