Stopped by today because my check engine light was on and a young man by the name of Brandon waited on me. He did the test and was able to tell what the problem was and I was able to fix it at no cost. I'm sure if I had to take it to the Lexus dealership it would have cost me hundreds $$$. What a great guy. Highly recommend stopping by the store on Dolly Parton Pkwy and ask for him.

Brad and his staff are amazing!!! They need some recognition for sure (bonuses or something) They definitely went above and beyond! If you need anything definitely stop here.

One of the gentleman working today went above and beyond the call of customer service. I wasn’t even there to make a purchase, but crazily walked in and asked if someone could help me get a cicada out of my vehicle that I was too chicken to get myself. With a chuckle and a smile, he happily came out to my vehicle, located, and grabbed the devil right up. I can’t thank him enough for taking the time to lend this ninny a hand. And if they would do this, I can only imagine how amazing their service is to paying customers.

Excellent customer service. They were very helpful. The part we purchased came with a lifetime warranty . Goes bad get a new one . Till the day I or the car dies. Lol.

While on vacation in Gatlinburg, the battery died in our SUV. We called several tow companies and no one was able to come out because of the holiday. We had 5 small kids with us and were stuck in a parking lot at about 10 pm with everything about to close. We paid for a battery over the phone and William drove 35 minutes each way with tools and changed our battery for us in the parking lot. Can’t thank you enough for helping our family out!!!

Me and my family love this location! Our car was broken down and we moved it to the lot. They let it stay there and when we came back the next day, brad, one of the employees was able to help and get the axel we needed. He even went out of his way to drive to another store 20 minutes away to get it! Very friendly and treats you like family!

Cody is great, and I go to O'Reillys every time I need to order parts or do maintenance on our fleet. This guy is O'Reillys best asset and has helped me too many times to count. There are lots of parts stores. It's a good place to get parts and oil and all that. And the warranty is awesome. But KNOWLEDGEABLE HELPFUL people are so hard to find. This is why I come back here every time.

Joe Jeff and Clayton were so awesome we had to get a battery and a rotor brake hub assembly cuz her van busted on the way down vacationing. They let us use the side parking lot to make the repairs which a garage wanted to charge us 5 to 6 hours that we did in two and a half how unique. Anyway O'Reilly's is the bomb!
