Very clean, nice, and quiet medical facility. On Saturday, there are lots of parking spaces. Look for a convenient walkway from the parking area to the building. There is a patient drop off by the curb near the entrance. Saturday is to serve appointment patients as it is not too crowded as some dept are closed.

My experience with urgent care is amazing. When I checked in they told me I need to wait about 1 1/2 hour to be seen by a doctor then I waited about only five minutes and a nurse took me in already. I broke my ankle and they provide me with a wheelchair and push me in. They took x-ray for me and they have doctor take a look at my ankle. All people that I met were really friendly, and I was a very surprised by the short time that I spending there.

Never had an issue with the doctors. They have been very professional and attentive. In fact, I use their website to message them and the doctors were quick to reply and follow up frequently. The only issue I have had is their schedules. They are hard to book and usually have to plan a month or more in advance. I always look for cancellations which usually come often enough. It helps to have a flexible work schedule. They are expanding and trying to keep up with the demand; always looking for good doctors.

It is beyond me how this place can have so many bad reviews. I've come to Pamf at Mountain View countless times. For myself and with my kids. We've been at all different kinds of departments - audiology, the lab, gynecology, allergist, flu clinic, you name it.
I have always only found competent and very friendly doctors, very organized staff, good parking, beautiful building. What's to complain?!

Very efficient. In and out quickly while always pleasant and professional. Of course the staff is excellent. Waiting rooms and lobby are clean and spacious. Even has a Pete's coffee stand on your way out. Parking is never a problem. Couldn't ask for more.

Been going to this location for a decade and never had an issue. Urgent care wait times can be long but they have onsite lab so results get turned around as you wait depending on your case. They have almost everything here from out patient surgery, lab, x-ray, MRI, audiology etc.... Almost a one stop shop. Plenty of parking in the deck here.

I miss the fine doctors and care we received here for all the time we lived in CA. When my husband beat cancer into submission in 2009 - it was all due to the excellent care he got here. The convenience of having all of his doctors in one place was wonderful.

I love PAMF Mountain View and all the Doctors, Nurses and others who make this place excellent. I started coming here years ago when I lived in Sunnyvale. Now I drive 60 plus miles from my new home in the north bay because I think the quality of care here is second to none.

I had the most wonderful experience from the check in desk, to the nurses to the Dr. The dr. I saw was Dr. T Nguygen, she went from Family Care to Urgent care to get my chest Xray asap. Then ran down stairs to try to get me sample ihaler. The desk staff (shame on me I did not get her name), made my follow up with my primary dr. my diagnosis was pneumonia. Wonderful care provided to me, all the way around

Mountain View Lab hours, the team works great, fantastic service, you can schedule a Lab appointment on line or use the mobile app, this allows you to get in and out.

Good service by everyone there. Doctors, nurses, helping staff, administration staff. They are number one in the bay area. I HV been to pulmonary, allergies, laboratory and pediatrician department. And GYN as well. Doctors reply back to your msg in 24 hours. They are really good

I moved to Scittsdale AZ, and am a patient at Mayo Clinic. PAMF is much better. My internist was Robina Wong ,and my Cardiologist was Deepah Nair. . They are outstanding, No comparison
